Best Western Hotel Eden Park

booked for 5 nignts in August, exceptionaly clean,comfortable room,502, courteous,helpfull staff ,convinent to all major roads,and 108 street,Forest Hills, with Europien dilicacies stores.Being a nurse and very picky, I recommend this Hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I just needed a place to stay when I was going to a concert at Citi Field and picked this one for it's location. The staff including the shuttle drivers, were so nice and helpful to me since I was unfamiliar with the area, The room was fine, nothing special but it was clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was good and plentiful & the price was right. After two days in Manhattan and expecting to catch an evening flight to Montreal, my plans were thwarted when thunderstorms and ATC delays caused the cancellation of my return flight home and the need for a hotel stay near Laguardia Airport. We saw that this hotel was rated all right on this website, and we booked the hotel in advance. The hotel is sitting right next to a very busy highway and our room was facing it. It was so noisy I couldn't sleep. When I saw the room after checking in, I asked the front desk to change it to a quieter side, but I was flatly told that the hotel is all booked out and the quiet side rooms are all taken by group booking by the crew of Air China. Stayed for nine days ,Diana from front desk & the young lady from the kitchen were very nice & helpfull.The breakfast had much more than i expected.Great location close to everything,did not use shuttle bus but i noticed that there was always at least one waiting at hotel.Room is a good size has very comfortable bed, free local calls & picked up free wireless internet.Would stay there again great hotel & price.

I booked this hotel only because it was super close to the airport and train station. My friend and I didn't expect much at all, because we're in the hotel industry in South Beachl. I must say, we were very impressed with the service and accommodations the staff provided us from the moment of check-in. The Front Office Manager, Clayvon, was always visible and very helpful. The Holiday Inn Express is a good choice if you want to visit NYC and have a car. The hotel is a complete renovation of the old Best Western Eden Park. They Gutted the whole building. The place is brand new and the rooms are very nice for the price. On a weekend you can drive 10 minutes to manhattan and find cheap parking for the day or park on the street. Stayed overnight due to an early morning flight. The hotel was clean and well appointed. We did have a lower level room. It was difficult to keep the temperature regulated and the room was cold despite turning up the heat. There is free wireless in the rooms but if you want to print your boarding pass, the hotel charges a per minute and a copy fee with a three dollar minimum. After a long international flight arriving at JFK, we needed to overnight near LaGuardia airport in order to fly home the next morning. Tired and hungry, we arrived at the Holiday Inn Express LaGuardia at 10:30 pm. I was fortunate enough to have a place to stay when I booked the room. There were however 2 room changes due to the non working internet , (I believe they just wanted me to pay for using their computer system although the front desk gave me an hour free time.) The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Housekeeping excellent although they kept neglecting to replace my hair shampoo and conditioner.
