The hotel is ideally located for easy access to the whole of NYC.
Foyer to hotel was very modern. We were on the 5th floor and had nice views. The room was average size (although not very big which we had expected). It was made up of a lovely decor and very clean.
The bathroom was small, and the bath had very inaccessible taps which had to be reached around a static glass shower guard.
The staff were very efficient.
The selling point of this hotel is the bar on the top floor which offers amazing panoramic views of New York. It also does lovely cocktails!
Would recommend.

Stayed here for a week, great place to stay.
We thought that we would get a free up grade when booking on line, but it turned out it was a web site that expedia used, but was not correct.
However we told reception of the deal we expected, and also I had printed out the page.
It turned out to be no problem and was upgraded to a mini suite, which was amazing there were more windows than walls.
The staff were really great, nothing was a problem and you could drink as much coffee as you wanted for nothing.
Also they have a great roof top restaurant, with great views.

Hotel was fabulous, although we were promised an upgrade before going for our honeymoon but they did not give it us when we got there. The view from the room was excellent and it was a clean, good sized, modern room. There was also free coffee from the foyer.
New York is great for shopping although there was a transit strike when we were there so we could not get around and had to walk everywhere.
This was the only downside, New York is amazing, especially at Christmas time with all the shop window displays and cheery Americans.

We stayed at The Bentley for 9 nights and could not ask for more.
The staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you!! We asked to be changed to a bridge facing room and we were catered for immediately. The rooms are very clean, large, and spacious. Air conditioning was good! Cable TV and a great view from the bar.
We stayed on the 2oth floor which had a great view of the 59th Street bridge and Roosevelt island. We had maid service every day which could not be faulted. The concierge service was good - managed to get Yankees VS Red Sox tickets for us which were like gold dust!!
The location of the hotel is good for a tourist as the walk into the main attractions is an enjoyable one, managing to see other things on the way!! We stumbled across Bloomingdales which is only a few blocks away!
Central Park is only a 15 min walk. It was our first time in New York and the Bentley proved to be a great place to explore the city from!! We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay there again!
