Overall it was a okay holiday but I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are looking for 5 star luxury. On arrival to the hotel we were greeted and taken to our room quickly but we found the staff to be rather ignorant and most of the guests too . There were barely any... more

excelent staff brilliant service could not fault it at all.
the meals were good ,the rooms up to standard the only little thing i would like to see changed is the bus tour to antalya they could have cut out the gold house and give us longer at the waterfalls.
but overall a very good holiday.

This was our 7th time at this hotel and it keeps getting better. It does deserve the 5-star rating it has been given and is a great place to take children. The staff were amazing and were fun to be with. The rooms were not that good but I was only in the rooms to go to... more

wow what a fantastic holiday
wasnt sure what to expect as never been to turkey before. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed by the service. All the hotel staff from the managers to the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate together with the bathrooms. The standard of cleanliness was very high inside and out of the hotel. Choice of food was amazing. Never short of anything to choose from. Pools were checked for standard of water which was reassuring. Security at hotel was red hot with security guards patrolling discreetly which made the hotel and beach feel exclusive. Facilities excellent. Took children aged 15 and 12. Plenty going on to keep them occupied. Entertainment very good. Entertainment staff very enthusiastic and extremely friendly. Extremeley good value for money. Cannot wait to go back again which we intend to do next year. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and dont want to go anywhere else.
rooms was disgusting
we went there with our little girl 7yrs old. she was the only person that enjoyed the hotel all because of the water slides. first arrived thought ok, but the rooms were just awful. the bathroom door was hanging off,the light bulb was glued to the ceiling the tiles were coming off and all cracked mildew all over the bathroom, the beds were very basic and wouldnt sleep my dog in there let alone us. i immediately went back to reception to be moved to aliveabl room, the rep who there came back to the room with us as he thought i was over acting, i showed him our room and he was speechless, i said that there is no way im staying in this room, not 4 star more like 2 star. he changed our room immediately but that wasnt much better either. my partner said just leave it for now complain when we get home. which recieved 25 off of thomas cook next holiday. insult. anyway the russians ruled the place staff there just attended to their needs more than the english. there was even a fight by the pool as a russian woman pushed an english girl as the girl accidently fell and spilt drink all over her, well the girls mother flew at her and police was called ect, in ques for drinks ice cream they would just go straight to the front of the que, and no matter how many of us complained to the staff rep and to the russians no one cared.food was ok most night cold unless you got your food from the bbq outside. basically i have one holiday a year.its hard to save that sort of money nowadays and its such a let down when you end up at a two star hotel, as could of gone to some dump for quarter of the price and had the same accomadation ect. sorry to be blunt. some people liked it there. but i always thought you get what you pay for and im sorry but wouldnt of paid half of what i did to go there again.
fantastic
It was my first time abroad and sun zeynep court my eye it looked FANTASTIC. i stayed for a week i wish now i stayed for 2 the staff were very friendly and kind the food was really nice and the entertainment was fantastic i cant wait 2 go again i advise you to go u will enjoy every minute of it. i'm definantly going next year
fantastic hotel &staff shame about russians
been to this hotel twice2 weeks in may 2004 then 2weeks in june 2005, have to say a fantastic hotel made loads of friends with the staff thats why we went back. weather & food great but in june of 2004 there was a lot more russians than the year before plus the hotel had changed hand a different company own it. the russians are very rude wont que for anything even let them win the shows in the night ie miss sunzeynep which didnt please all us brits that were out there nearly all brits some which had been there many times before all said wont be going back one russian even grabbed my 7 year old son which scared him the rep offered to move us but why should we move we went with friends which they wouldnt move apart from that it was a brill holiday which i prob would have been going back to but that put us off so we are off to red sea this june any questions id be glad to answer
watch out for the russians!!!!!
my husband and teenage son stayed for 1 week, all I can say is am so glad were didn't book for two weeks. the holiday was a bargain (thomas cook tv) the slides were great for the children it was all ok except meal times. you had to take a deep breath before attempting to go for food people pushed and shoved like a famine was occuring it was awful. the holiday overall was ok dont bother with the waterpark! we were glad to be going home
excellent again
I have been to this hotel three times now (march 04 - september 04 and september 05) and it is truly magnificent the first two visits were myself and my wife then the third visit with our 4 children ages as follows female 16 - male 15 - male 10 - and female 6 and all of us love it to bits. we will all be going again in the near future and myself and the wife will try to go yearly. the all inclusive is excellent the staff are amazing and cant do enough for you. the room maids are also excellent as are the receptionists. the food is out of this world and caters for all ages and nationalities. if you like shopping and hagling on prices there are three great town centres the furthest being only 45 minutes on the bus with the bus stop being a five minute walk from hotel lobby. please Check out the roman bar in kadryia £2.50 taxi fayre from hotel great atmosphere for familys entertainment includes karaoke's and disco's while your there say hi to alex from mick and family in england. The staff here are wonderfull well i hope this helps in your quest to find paradise cos this has got to be the nearest thing to it if you ask me. Good luck. ps get there before the euro does cos this will change the whole thing. please feel free to email me for further info. regards mick of the west midlands.
very poor
the rooms were like 2 star the prices were 5 star the food was the same every day and cold the russions and germans were rude we had better service when staying in a 2 star will not be going back
lovely Hotel
Just got back from the Sun Zeynep it was a lovely Hotel nice and clean the staff were great and the entertainment was good but the foreign children were really naughty which did spoil my holiday sometimes. The food could have been better as every lunch time it was the same we were fed up with chips and pizza by the end of the 14 days even though they were nice. It would have been nice to have beef on the menu more often. We only saw one tortoise so I dont know where the others were the slides were good but were un supervised sometimes and the way the children reacted then was terrible and im afraid their will be a accident one day. i would return here but maybe not for a couple of years
Sun Zeynep in the Best Hotel - or so the song goes
I've just returned from a 1 week stay at the Sun Zeynep. We booked to go at the last minute via the internet so obviously were a little concerned about what we would end up with. I don't think it quite ranks as a 5* in my opinion as the decor is a little dated and the service isn't quite up to scratch (unless you are a VIP guest wearing a red wristband!). One point I think I should stress is that you should be very aware of what the restaurant times are (when they say they close at 9.30 they mean it). On one occasion we hadn't finished eating by 9.30, and neither had quite a few others, but that didn't stop them from switching off the lights and mopping up around our feet. The Turkish Restaurant actually clear away the chairs and tables once guests have finished their meals, which can leave you sat in the middle of a clear floor. Putting all this aside though, the entertainment staff were great, it was never a struggle to get a drink, there were sunbeds aplenty the food was excellent if not a little repetitive and the whole hotel was very clean. Maybe it's because i'm brainwashed though due to the "Sun Zeynep is the Best Hotel" song that they played at every possible moment but I would definitely go again.
Small Room
Well i must agree with others. Not a 5 star hotel. The main problem with the holiday was the size of the room. 2 adults and 2 children in one tiny room do not go well for 2 weeks. The beds all lined up in a row, thats it, no more space! Food was great for the kids and there was alot to choose from. Even for me when i was put on a stricht diet after my extra holiday trip to the hospital. The room there was much nicer!! The swimming pool was fantastic, especially the slides, which made my kids holiday. It was also great that it was a beach front as well, so we had the best of both. Animation team worked really hard and provided good entertainement for the 2 weeks. Got to be careful what you say about the Russians, but i would rather holiday with the Germans any day! A very limited bar selection for all inclusive. Not happy that you had to pay for my fav tipple, Bacardi. Well I would go back to Turkey as it was great, but i would not go back to this hotel.
