Orion Studios

This was my second time on holiday at Faliraki, but my fiancé’s first. We both loved it so much that were going back next year.
The hotel was amazing, really clean and spotless. George and Maria were fab, there kids Maria, Paul and Michael were so friendly. My fiancé and I got on so well with them all that George invited us to Maria's graduation in Rhodes town, that was an absolute honour for us, an experience that will stay with us forever.
I would recommend Faliraki to all its just an amazing place, go to the Orion Hotel its the best ever.

Absolutely fab! Would recommend this place to anyone of any age! Really nice pool, rooms, pool bar etc. Maria who runs the pool bar with her husband George is the nicest person you could ever meet, she will do anything for you.
There is also a really nice restaurant which belongs to the hotel, could do with a decorate but food is great and is probably the cheapest in Faliraki. Hotel is about 5 min walk to beach and centre which is handy. The maid come to us every day we were there accept Sunday so we never had dirty towels or bed linen.
Would definitely return to the Orion as it was one of my best holidays. Oh and if you have a nightmare of a flight you can keep your room on till midnight for only 20 euros.

This is the second year running which me and my husband have stayed at the Orion and we will definitely keep coming back.
The accommodation is spot on, clean, great food, great location, lovely pool and great staff. Maria is a lovely woman who works really hard, nothing is too much trouble. I worked in Faliraki a few years ago and met and married my husband there.
The bad press hit the resort hard but I'm now happy to see that it is on its way up again. It's a fantastic resort, something for everyone. Hopefully we will be returning later in the year as I'm having withdrawal symptoms already!

We had a great holiday in Faliraki at The Orion Studios. The accommodation is first class and the pool bar is excellent, run by Maria & George who just can't do enough for you, First Class Service. The Orion Restaurant next door is also excellent and has a very extensive menu and again nothing is too much trouble for them.
The whole place is kept spotlessly clean and the swimming pool is fantastic.
We are both in our fifties and found that May was an excellent time to visit Faliraki and plan on going back again soon. Kay and Phil Otter.

Maria was my soul mate chatting every evening. She was also my inspiration to do more with my grand daughter Toni, who would have stayed there if she could. I miss my late night chats with Maria.
The Orion Hotel was the last holiday my husband ever had and in spite of their friendliness it took me a while to go back. But considering that nearly all of my five grown up kids have been there and want to go back, and I myself have stayed there five times tells you all something. This is the place to be.

Just back from this resort, I have no complaints about this resort, everyone was so pleasant, and it felt as though we belonged there.
I have just re-booked for September and can’t wait to go back. It was a birthday treat for from my husband which was a dream come true. It was like a second honeymoon, he’s a barman and his cock-tails made the resort that little bit better, well what I remember of it.
My husband and I totally recommend this as your purrrfect holiday, honeymoon or family holiday. Hope to see you in September, try one of my husbands cock-tails, they are great x

My partner has been going to the Orion Hotel for years, we have been together 5 times, and last time took our young son. It's a great place, the owners are great friends and accommodate in any way possible.

Very friendly staff, especially "Terry" the waiter, Maria and her husband George and Kiriakos and his wife Zoe.
Food great, lovely and clean, excellent all round and just in the right part of the resort.
Going back again this year with two kids this time, as we know that the kids will have a great time and cause we know the food will be ok.
Recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time at the Orion studios that good we had 2 weeks in June and rebooked for September for 1 week staff brill we are going June 2006 for 1 week studios best we stayed in Greece and food at the Orion restaurant very good and good price.
The pool area is great and good music played while getting a good sun tan. Can not wait for next year to see the staff and the security guard who helped me in my bedroom when i had to much to drink

Just back from a week at Orion studios, the place is fantastic have absolutely no complaints the staff are friendly and always have a nice greeting for you.
Maria and George run the pool bar and Maria always welcomed us with a "hello here’s my girls" many laughs with Carlos the complex security my has he got some moves on the dance floor!! This was witnessed at the weekly complex bbq, for 23 euros you get a 3 course bbq and a free bar to drink as much as you can for 4 hours which we found excellent and made the most of this fact!!!!
The weather was still lovely (10 times better than England).
Studio flats were clean towels and bath mat were changed daily and had fresh loo roll daily too! Cleaner was friendly too although she couldn’t speak very good English but did try.
The food served at the pool bar and restaurant was absolutely fantastic and very reasonably priced with a wide variety of both English and Greek dishes. The restaurant was open till 1030pm and the pool bar serve pizza and toasties after midnight until they close which was 4am sometimes later depending on how busy the bar was.
Pool was lovely nice and clean.
We are both returning to Orion studios June 2006 as it was so lovely and welcoming with everything catered for, and if we had any problems, questions or concerns staff were helpful and willing to oblige to any extra service we needed if it was possible.

The holiday started badly with a flight time of 10.30pm and on arrival at the airport they said an error was made on the tickets and the flight time was 12.30am!! Great! It's always fun hanging around Gatwick when all the shops etc shut at 9.30pm. Hurray for McDonald’s.
Found the apartment to be lovely and clean and a reasonable size room. Our only complaint was the music played from 9am until late, I did complain and they turned the volume down. We actually didn’t stay around the pool area because of this. I love peace and quiet sometimes when I am away. Found the staff to be very friendly. Close walk to the beach and ideal for travelling around the island which we last visited 18 years ago! Found the airport to be chaotic but then it is Greece!!!
All in all a nice relaxing holiday.
