The facilities were nice and fitting for 4 * accommodation. However the bad manners and often rude treatment we received from the staff completely overshadowed the stay. The staff were unhelpful, anti-English and had a way of making you feel completely unwelcome. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely not stay in any of the NH Hotels again. It is a shame because the general public we met were all very friendly and helpful.
