Magic Atrium Beach

We were dropped off at Monika Holidays as we had been told Magic Antrium Beach didn't have a reception, when we booked in we were told they had room at Monika and would we like to stay there. We found the hotel nice and clean and the staff friendly.
We later were told then seen with our own eyes that Magic Antrium Beach Apartments were not even built!
This is in a quiet area of Benidorm and is a 20 minute bus ride into Old Benidorm.

This place is the worst place I have stayed in the world, make sure when you book this hotel, you get told you have to check in at the Monikia Holidays place, no reception at this Magic Atrium Beach.
Cleaner comes ones a week, to clean, Clean towels only once a week, you have to tell them, you want your room cleaning, or want cleaning towels, HOW MANY HOTELS ARE IN THE WORLD, AND HOW MANY CLEAN THE ROOMS EVERY DAY?
If you book Bed & Breakfast, you have to walk 7-10 mins from Magic Atrium Beach across a road on the other side to Monikia Holidays, to have breakfast, also to use the facilities you also have to walk the same distance, not a very good place if you are old and have kids, cars always coming down the road.
The breakfast is self was ok, the toaster never worked, you have to put the toast in 2-3 times to cook it.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We have just had a lovely week at the Atrium apartments in Cala de Finestrat.. The apartment was nice...but a toaster would of been good. And two sets of keys per family. The grounds and pool area were lovely.
Very secure and very clean, lots of shade if you wanted it... The pool was never too busy and never crowded. The local bus service into Benidorm was great.. Cheap and reliable. Buses every 10 minutes or so till very late. We did go into Benidorm quite a bit..there are many more bars restaurants and shops. Cala de Finestrat was fairly small.. But we did spend quite a bit of time there too...the cafe/bar marina was great.
Lovely toasted bacon sandwiches. The beach was fine. But did get fairly crowded. The Spanish just squashed in inches away from you!! We did tend to eat at the Spanish restaurants.. The few English ones were not so nice...The resort was not rowdy though.. Absolutely no trouble at all. There is an awful lot of building work going on.
Although not while we were there....hotels going up everywhere...we would of had a great sea view if there had not been building a huge new block on the beach front. Maybe in a few years when all building work finished. The resort will have more to offer. But all in all.. We had a very nice week in Cala de Finestrat.
