Stayed in one of the private condos, which was quite spacious but a little shabby. Not very impressed with the location of the condo we were given as the website implied that they were within walking distance of the hotel complex, not so, they were a good 5 minute drive away. This was a problem for me as a non driver I was unable to use the facilities while my husband and sons were playing golf! Overall I don’t think this was worth the extra expense, we were hoping for a little luxury but all we got was a very average accommodation.

The main Hotel staff were not the most helpful. In retrospect we should have given Palm Springs a miss and saved our money.

Stayed at the resort condos. They were ok, some cobwebs and peeling wallpaper, but it was the only place that had 2 bedroom condos.

Do not use the spa facility there! One of the massage therapists was very rude to our group. She locked us out when she knew we were returning to use the sauna that she just turned on. When we called to see what was going on, she said we had to make an appointment just to use the sauna?! We even called the front desk beforehand to ask and they said no!! And to think we spent $600 there the day before! Save your money and go to a real spa.

When we told the hotel manager what happened, she was not helpful. Just said "they’re independent from us, they just lease the space" so she did not even offer any compensation for how we were treated.
