Renaissance Hollywood

Booked with Thomas Cook and travelled with Virgin Atlantic.
The flight with virgin was superb, all wishes catered for and children especially well looked after with games, films, music etc. The transfer to the hotel was by mini bus for which we had been given a voucher beforehand. The hotel was certainly 4*, and the rooms were spacious with ceiling to floor windows (which afforded brilliant views of Hollywood especially when lit up at night), air conditioning and fridge.
The hotel was in a fantastic location, just above the shopping mall and with the 'Hollywood' sign visible from our room. A clean, well maintained pool was perfect for a dip when the temperature rose. The hotel staff were helpful, polite and went out of their way to be of assistance.
The only downside of this holiday was that we had to return home. I can highly recommend both virgin and Thomas Cook who had made all the necessary arrangements and which worked like clockwork.
