Bermudas Aparthotel

This place was a disgrace,had to complain as soon as we arrived as the toilet in the room we were allocated was filthy,rooms were badly in need of an upgrade,tiles comming off the wall around bath,tiles mouldy,hotel had no air conditioning and cost of renting a fan was 10 euros per night,all in all the worst hotel i have every been in,the food was terrible,fish,fish and more fish,breakfast was disgusting,after a couple of days we just ate out.Would never ever ever go back here even if i was getting paid to go.Hotel was in a great location a couple of minutes from the beach and about 5 min from all the nightlife

Just back from a 10 night stay at this hotel,glad to be home,had to change apt on arrival as toilet was disgusting,second apt much cleaner but in desperate need of repair and upgrade, tiles in bathroom coming away from wall and mouldy,fridge held together with tape,no air conditioning,(WOULD HAVE COST 100 EUROS TO RENT A FAN FROM RECEPTION FOR OUR STAY).AND then there was the meals,breakfast consisted of soggy cornflakes,eggs,fatty bacon(without the bacon)dinner consisted of fish soup or seafood salad for starters,fish for main meal with the odd bit of pork or lamb.Table cloths looked like they could do with a good wash or maybe even the bin,after a couple of days we ate out.only good things in its favour was the clean towels every day and beds were changed every few days,the pool, and it was close to the beach and nightlife.Could be a great place to stay if it was modernised.There is obviously no health and safety laws in spain or this place would be shut down.

If you are thinking of going to these apartments please do not we went half board and could not eat the food the food was bad but the service was dreadfull doar face woman serveing you and dont drink at the bar as the staff just talk about you to each other we had to report them think long and hard if you are going there. these apartments are not what they say they are no bedroom just one room the gas for the the cooker is calor in a bottle not very safe the only good thing is the hot water in the rusty bathroom.

my husband and i stayed at the bemudas apartments and within the 1st 10 mins of arrival the bathroom window fell out,we approached the staff who were very unhelpful and very unfriendly to say the least, ive never stayed in such a dirty hovel in my life and would never return if they paid me , the kitchen cupboards were all hanging off,everywhere was covered in rust ,there were bare wire hanging out of the walls the taps were disgusting and i felt dirtier when id had a bath than when i went in ,the bathroom tiles were all cracked and mouldy,there were dirty nappies outside our balcony and glass seperating the balconys was broken,there was plaster and paint hanging off most of the walls it was like no place on earth ,it was impossible to take food into the apartments because it was so dirty.in my opinion it wants condemming

we stayed for a week in 20 mins they moved us 3 times cause my freind didnt like heights but gebnever had clean towels every day anywere else my daughter reckons it the best pool shes had in benidorm had all ameinities you needed yes rooms very basic but get wat you pay for so i give it thumbs up

we stay here for a week the staff where very helpfull clean towles everyday we have stayed in a lot of places in benidorm and this was the first not to ask for a deposit we like it saw much we have just book to go again in february

this hotel is horrible,the staff are miserable and unpolite,we didnt have our bed sheets changed once in the 7 nights we stayed yet the cleaners come up to our room whenever they feel like it and just walk in our room without knocking regardless of whether one of us is in shower etc they cant speak any english,the building looks unsafe and we had cracks and missing concrete from our balcony,we paid for bed and breakfast but when we went for breakfast one morning no one came to serve us we had the choice of cereal and toast but had to get up and do it ourselves and as we go to make toast we are told no the toast does not work.i wouldnt recomend this place to anyone it should be knocked down,we paid for a safe deposit box but at the end of our stay when we handed the key back we didnt get our £10 deposit back as they said we had to give them a receipt back but we didnt even get a receipt from them at the beginning of the stay, as you wander in and out of the hotel u dont get so much aa smile from the staff,i would never go back there the place is a shambles.

We visit the Bermudas every year and cant recommend it highly enough, yes its basic and it is a popular place for the Spanish to take their holidays but remembering that it is actually in Spain and benidorm is tremendous value for money this comes as no surprise. We were there with friends who had booked with XL during their recent collapse and their flight was lost the day before their return the manager not only handled ringing XL to confirm that their flight had been cancelled but also found and booked them another return flight for the same day. The pool is clean and the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay pleasurable. I am returning again next year and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

We arrived back from Benidorm yesterday and i would NOT advise anyone in thier right mind to stay at the Bermudas Apartments, it was an absolute [--] hole, the staff were the most miserable people we have ever met and it has put us off going to Benidorm ever again. The rooms were as basic as they come, very stuffy, poor decor and the balcony door was only just hanging on by the hinge. The cleaner just tidied the beds and towels but never changed them.....disgusting. When checking in the guy at reception just slammed a key down without saying a word. We never once went into the pool as the atmosphere as uncomfortable as we were the only English there and all eyes were on us. On leaving we didnt even get a "goodbye, "kiss my [--]" or anything. So we would advise you not to believe any of the good comments. I have done a lot of travelling in my time and this is easily the worst accomodation i have ever stayed in. On a good noe the beach in Benidorm was lovely and is where we spent most of our days.

Being a bit of a Benidorm "veteran" (Been 5 times), and always going "self catering" I know what to expect from a typical apt holiday there (And as long as their clean I'm happy). Bermudas apts are clean and basic but rooms need modernising as wires hang from every electrical socket...!
Can't say anything about food or complain about cooking facilities as it's not worth cooking in apt as Benidorm is so cheap we eat out all the time anyway...!
Location is good with loads of bars and eateries nearby.
Staff in pool bar were excellent but "George" on reception was a "f.....g a......e" and seemed to think he owned the place (Maybe he did). Almost came to blows with him on last day as he wasn't going to return my deposit. Pool area is really nice and pool big and clean. Only thing is, there are a lot of Spanish locals from other apt blocks who belong to some of the staff who use the pool and think they have the run of the place, as their kids were booting and throwing a ball around regardless of who it hit. When my girlfriend complained to reception (twice) nothing seemed to be done about it, they just asked if they were "Spanish" or "English" kids (What difference does that make)...?
On last day we waited outside Bermudas for our return shuttle for airport but it never turned up. Apparently the Bermudas Hotel was faxed by our shuttle service to tell us we were being picked up at nearby "Nereo" hotel but we weren't informed and ended up paying £50 for a taxi to airport...!
Would never return to these apts again, even if the holiday was free...! Try the "Aquarium 3"....Very good..!
