Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly enough. Pool was always packed so deck chairs were hard to come by.
There was a beautiful view of the Nile from our bedroom window which was a perk.

Was not refurbished as promised, only a lick of paint. Entertainment very poor. Not clean.
Under-staffed,but the staff they had worked hard for the pennies they receive in wages and were very helpful.
The Sheraton is trading on name alone and I would not recommend it to anyone.
