Having spent 6 nights in the concorde el Salaam (next door) we were hoping for the second half of our stay to be just as good. It was! Have to say the service didn't quite reach the standard of the Concorde, we had got kind of used to having things brought almost without asking whereas here you have to help yourself a lot more. My sister and I both in our late 20's stayed for 1 week. The weather was fantastic which made our stay at the Hilton a superb holiday. Hotel is so clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of variety of excellent food at all hours. There are numerous bar areas and entertainment throughout the day and night. The Sea at their private beach is marvellous for snorkling or just relaxing at the Beach Bar taking in the views. Would recommend to anyone and would definatly return. more

Just returned from Sharks Bay Hilton 11th April 05 and had a fantastic time The hotel food was very good (No dehli bellies) and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the hotel staff I spoke to spoke were competent English speakers (which is more than I can say about my Arabic) and very friendly. I went on a diving holiday and had pre booked a 10 dive package advertised on the internet with Sinai dive club (on site )The guides were very friendly and very safety concsious .My 2 sons are Junior Padi OWD and felt very safe.However... more

Absolutely great value for money. Food, although it's buffet, was well cooked and varied and there was alway choices. Drank lots of red wine, the white and rose was awful. Staff extremely friendly without being pushy and the standards of cleanliness was in line with any other 5* hotel. 10/10 what a fantastic place! My Husband and I wanted a chill out week somewhere hot with not too long a flight. Sharme El Sheik is just great – 5.5 hours flight. I was worried about the airport experience after reading some of the reviews but was no problem. Just returned from this hotel and immediately re booked. The setting is superb the standards high and the staff friendly and attentive. Returned from Hilton Sharks Bay on 6/3. Would defo recommend this hotel to anyone. Would suit couples, families and groups of friends. We travelled with Longwood Holidays, whom I would also recommend. No complaints at all about the rooms which were spacious and cleaned daily (even cute towel animals every day). Restaurants were good - waiters excellent (even better is you tip them!) and will do anything for you.
