Small hotel with about 30 rooms set in lovely hillside overlooking olive groves.
Rectangular swimming pool located above hotel, up some steps and a steep path. Theo's is run by Theo and Elena. Friendly and attentive service. Nothing is too much trouble.
Good food and local wine served at reasonable prices by pleasant waiters in attractive restaurant. Daily specials for evening meals may be pre-ordered and are well worth trying as alternatives to the menu. Simple food and drinks service also available at the pool bar. Small well-stocked bar in main building. Restaurant and front rooms have excellent views over the valley.
Rear rooms have garden views. Rooms are simple and plain but clean and safe. Fair-sized private balconies. Daily maid service is very efficient. Fresh roses in rooms on arrival. Some bathrooms are very small but the food is safe so you won't be spending too long in there.
Greek Night on Saturdays attracts many locals as well as hotel guests. Also music on Wednesday evenings. Lots of good walking through local countryside makes this a good base for a quiet relaxing holiday. Beach is about half a mile away down a rustic road with no pavements. Streetlights have been installed recently. Good little supermarket about 500 yards down the road. Wild flowers, birds, insects, and amphibians in abundance.
Not much for children to do in the locality except for pool and beach. Most hotel guests are English, generally couples of all ages. Many guests return year after year.
To sum up: A pleasant, friendly hotel in a quiet location. Excellent service and good food.

This small family hotel provides a wonderful base for a relaxing holiday in a calm environment. The sea is just down the road, and the pool is secluded, with a view over the valley and the bay. Rooms are simple, but comfortable, and nothing is too much trouble for Theo and his staff. People are friendly and tend to return year after year.
Food is home made and delicious - local in style, rather than international. Restaurants in the village and the next village include in their menus locally caught lobster and fish , local wine, olives, bread and fruit. Some offer al fresco dining with spectacular views.
The hotel is well situated for watersports, country walks, trips to the hills and the popular north and east coast resorts. There is a local silversmith , where you can commission custom-made silver items and book day-courses in silversmith-ing. Car and moped hire available locally.
Thoroughly recommended.

How nice to stay in a really friendly hotel where nothing is too much trouble. The views are fantastic over the countryside. The beautiful pool is a lovely place to waste a few hours. The staff are all local people and are very friendly and helpful too.

We have visited this hotel numerous times over the last 10 years and throughly enjoyed every minute. We meet many old friends (returning guests) each year who obviously have the same opinions.
The hotel is small and in a fairly quiet position just out of the main resort and many rooms have lovely views over a green valley.
The rooms are basic, but adequate, typical of the Mediterranean for this class of accommodation
Elena and Theo work very hard to make this hotel tick and to give their guests a good holiday. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are mostly local and keep the hotel spotless under Elena's strict eye. The food is good and home cooked in traditional Greek family style.
The pool is always crystal clear and clean and is a lovely place to pass a lazy hour or so.
The down-side is that for some people the steps from the road and the 600 metre walk from the beach can be tiring in hot weather.
