On arrival we was allocated room 1512 on 15th floor, we exited the lift to a disgusting stale smell, walking down corridor every door was damaged and stained, we feared the worst for the condition of the room, but nothing could have prepared us for the state of it, we went... more

The hotel was always busy, always people coming and going. Its a case of faded splendour. We were given a room, so tiny and scruffy that we had to ask for an upgrade, however there were none available and one of the lovely reception ladies...Sheila, told us that we would be... more
