Lovely hotel with excellent staff, well worth paying extra for rooms between 30th and 39th floor to have access to executive lounge with complimentary snacks.
Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. They even provided huge umbrellas because of torrential rain.
Only downside was lack of a comfortable residents' lounge after the executive lounge closed at 10pm. The regular bar did not have very comfortable seats.
All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely stay in it again.
