This hotel is minging! The bedroom was so dirty n the bathroom was worse, the bath had actually been painted n masking tape left on from when they did it! There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom too. We had to get the management to come and look at it. My boy... more

Day 1 - Arrived and room wasn't ready. Given another room where Safety Deposit box was broken. Day 2 - Cleaner stole 130 Euro from our room (which was hidden so she had hunted through our things) Management did NOTHING and continued to let her clean other rooms. We changed rooms yet again and they still charged us for the use of the safety deposit box. Food was HORRIBLE, 2 guests got food poisening. Entertainment for kids and adults was CRAP. Would NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

We stayed for one week all inclusive and had a fantastic time. The hotel was very clean, the food was very tasty and the drinks were great. My only complaint would be that the beer is too weak and the plastic glasses too small. I stuck to spirits after the first day. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels and bed linen were provided daily. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nightly entertainment is aimed at the kids early evening and family orientated shows follow. Please, Please, Please don't listen to the reveiws on here... We booked an all inclusive week in June 07 and had THE BEST HOLIDAY EVER! Okay, the hotel was a little dated decor wise, but it was absolutely spotless, with towels and bedding changed daily. The shower is not the best, and it does need a little practise to get it right, but you do have a bath as well. The food in the restaurant was pretty basic, but we didn't bother as the bar snacks (Chips, hotdogs and toasties) kept us going all day. The bar is open all... more

Oh dear, an all inclusive package for myself and son (age 10) the food was very samey with little options for vegetarians, the hotel was clearly built in the 1940's and was tired and sad looking, the pool area was dangerous because of the lack of drainage and the lifts were terrifying!! If you do go then do not allow them to put you in room 166, 266 etc upt to 466 because these rooms are immediately above the entertainment area and right next door to the lifts which clunk and clank their way through the night. June 3-18 07 The hotel itself was clean and tidy. The staff behind the bar were brilliant and had quite a laugh with them. Now lets get started with everything else! We were told we would be going to Salou, but ended up here paying 25 euros for a taxi there and back if we wanted to go to salou, or over an hour to walk there and with a 2yr old son is not a good idea. Booked a late deal with airtours on line. Hotel is three star Spanish style. The rooms were adequate but the bathrooms could do with doing up beware the flying shower head. The rooms were clean .Food was fine especially if you like fish. The staff were excellent especially the bar. Would I go there again YES. The area around ie Salou and Cambrils itself is the best on the Spanish coast. more

Just arrived back and had a great time . . they always say the english are famous for moaning !!!! A holiday is as good as you make it, and we definately made it good. weather great and free food and drink . . what more can you ask for !!! Ok so the hotel is a little dated - so stay at the ritz They don`t cook fish and chips - go to blackpool not a lot of entertainment ( out of season) - then make your own !! the bar staff are so friendly - had us in stitches with the breakdancing sports complex next door... more

we thought that we would save some money booking through the internet never again the food was absolutely disgusting never cooked fresh and the wine was like vinegar entertainment well there wasn't any I have 2 small children and the only thing that saved our holiday was we hired a car so we could get out of the place it was miles away from any bars and the rooms was so small would not go back again more

After booking this holiday, i read the reviews on here and thought what have we let our selves in for, as most of the reviews were bad. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by very friendly staff, who checked us in quickly, then we were given our room keys. When we arrived at the room, we were pleasantly suprised.
