We have been staying with Spiros and the family for many years too many to mention, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else, it just keeps on getting better, everyone is so friendly.
The rooms spotless, the food great and wonderful location, who could ask for more, in fact we have cancelled our other holiday in May so we can go to San Stefanos twice this year, cant wait.

We have been going to San Stephanos for 14 years and the last 10 of these we stayed at Sunset Studios that speaks for itself. The apartments are clean and spacious and the food in the restaurant downstairs cooked by the 2 Maria’s is really excellent - authentic Greek dishes and there is an excellent Greek night every Sunday which shouldn’t be missed.
Spiros and the whole family are just wonderful - they’re now like a second family to us.
Try also the Barras restaurant down the road from Sunset, which is owned by an uncle and cousins of Spiros, it is also excellent and George, Dimitri and Spiros will make you very welcome. Another great restaurant is The Waves - literally on the beach. Nothing beats sitting outside having a lovely lunch, a cool beer and watching the world go by.
Everyone we met in San Stephanos is very friendly and delighted to have a chat every time we return.
Maybe I shouldn’t have praised it so much and then we could keep it for ourselves!

Jan and myself
have visited Spiros and his family at the Sunset Studios for the
last 4 years or so. Initially, we had fears of not using a major
tour operator to book our holiday however, Spiros was waiting for us
at the airport and we have now been back 5 times. The apartments are
clean, the family so friendly, great food, superb Greek night and
only a short walk from the beach and other bars, what more could you
want?

Once again we have just returned from staying at the sunset studios with Spiro and his family what more can one say, lovely location,great food,and a lovely atmosphere.Can't wait to return.No praise high enough.
