We found the hotel to be as it said - being only minutes from the slopes, the holiday rep and generally most of the hotel staff were helpful. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy but the bath in our room was in poor condition.
The food was a la carte which didn't suit us as a family but there were many restaurants within minutes walk. The resort was lively and the après ski was good.
We had good snow at the time of our holiday which was Christmas time. The Austrians celebrate more the Christmas Eve and there was no turkey on any of the hotel menu's. The slopes were good with little queues and very good interconnecting runs into the next village of Hinterglim. The slopes had plenty for us as intermediate and beginners. We will be visiting here again.
