On our arrival the hotel looked lovely and was definately a 5 star but then we were told we were in a bungalo out the back which was about a 2 star!! Then we were told that the spa was closed for our entire stay, then there was a fire!! and a powercut which lasted nearly 24hrs!! food was nice and staff were pleasant.
