Best value hotel in Mayrhofen

An excellent hotel with extremely professional and courteous staff. Taking everything into account I think you would struggle to have any complaints about this hotel and if you did then it is unlikely that you wil ever be happy with any hotel that you stay in. Would recomend 100%
Not a 4 star room

The 4 star Berghof provided excellent food but our room was poor and not of 4 star standard. The room was small for a 4 star hotel, generally dilapidated with unpleasant soiling on the painted walls, a cracked basin and loose and discoloured bath surround, cracked shower screen and there was no shaver socket, an astonishing omission for a 4 star hotel. By all means stay at the Berghof for the food but make quite sure you are happy with your room before confirming your booking.

Visited Berghof for New Year 2006. This was our 4th visit to Mayrhofen and booked again for 2007! Staff at Berghof make you really welcome, food is first class and hotel what you would expect for a 4* in Austria. Location is a little further away from Penken lift than you... more
