HOTEL OBVIOUSLY TOOK NOTE OF ANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS LAST YEAR
WE FOUND THE HOTEL TO BE VERY WELL RUN, WARM AND VERY FRIENDLY. WE HAD A GOOD RAPPORT WITH OUR WINE WAITER WHO WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL WITH OUR PRONUNCIATIONS.
