We stayed at this hotel whilst my husband was attending a conference. The accommodation was pleasant, rooms spacious and well equipped.



The only downside was on the night that we arrived there was a giant prom event at the hotel. At 4am we were awakened by three drunken youths banging on the door - nearly breaking it down, as they thought there friends were staying inside! We called security who were slow to respond, and then didn't resolve the issue until the third time we had to call on them, as the youths kept returning. This didn't make for a pleasant first nights stay to say the least.



Apart from that the hotel was convienient, and within a nice walking distance to Disney's Boardwalk. The shuttle boat to Epcot was fun and a nice alternative to the bus.

I can honestly say that I love this hotel. We first stayed there in 2000 and loved it, so much so that we have stayed there every year since.



The staff are very friendly and polite (nothing is too much trouble for them). The rooms are spotless and clean. Shula's is out of this world both the drinks and the food.



We love this hotel so much that when we got married in Sept 2006 we actually got married in the Swan hotel and had our reception at Shulas.



The location is ideal to visit both EPCOT and the Studios.



All in all I could not find anything wrong with this hotel and we have always used Virgin and we have never had any trouble with them either.

If you want to get the best of everything then this is the place to stay!

You do not need to hire a car as everything is on your doorstep. The hotel is within easy walking distance of 'Epcot' and the ferry boat stops right outside the hotel which will ride you to epcot if you prefer, it also takes you to the board walk or universal studios.


You are able to access all of the Disney theme parks from this hotel with ease.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years, we would not stay anywhere else.

Well worth the money!
