Hotel staff (front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping) were all very friendly and helpful. Everyone always said hi or asked if I was ok. we just got back from a week stay at the quality suites universal-we had read reviews and hoped that we would find what the positive reviews said however we were disappointed-the rooms are unclean-which is unfortunate as it would only take a little work to get them presentable. it took 3 days to get a new box of kleenex and we had to ask every day for an adequate amount of towels-never had the coffee restocked until day 5. We were extremely satisfied with this hotel. Not knowing the I Drive area, I based my decision on a hotel by reading the reviews. The reviews for this hotel are very accurate. It is a tremendous value! I don't know of any other hotel where you get two rooms, two TV's, a hot breakfast and cocktails, refrig and microwave for $79 a night!! Just returned from 2 weeks at the Quality Suites. The hotel is located on quiet side road just round the corner from I Drive, and has ample parking. We had a suite with a sofa bed in the living room and two double beds in the bedroom, ideal arrangement for my partners 10 year old who had the sofa bed and his own tv, giving us a bit of peace and quiet and privacy. We just got back from a week at this hotel and how anyone could complain is beyond me! We stayed at this hotel during one of the busiest times of the year. 2 Adults and 3 children. We found the hotel to be of excellent value, clean and tidy.
