SpringHill Suites Hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very close to Disney and Sea World, which was our choice of attractions. It was easy to find and has tons of dining options nearby. The room was clean, staff courteous. The continental breakfast was very nice with lots to choose from. The room, which has sinks, fridge and a small microwave, worked out really well for our family (we have two boys ages 4 & 1). The boys loved the pool and the sprinklers. I had booked the Fairfield Inn across the street in the Marriott Village, but we weren't happy, so I asked the front desk at the Springhill Suites if they had availability, and they were so nice and accomodating. They switched me right away, I didn't even have to check out at the Fairfield. I kept the room key to get my bags later that day. They gave me a pool view, which was great for the kids. It was clean, the breakfast was great when you are on the run, quick and all. I would not hesitate the stay here again when we go to Orlando next time.

My family of 4 stayed here for 7 nights in May 2004. We had an awesome time. The pool was closed for renovations but we were welcomed at the Courtyard and Fairfield pools only steps away. The free breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. One in particular greeted us by name each time she saw us! Rooms were very clean and spacious. 6 minutes drive to theme parks from hotel parking lot to Disney parking lot. We will stay here again. Food court pizza was handy!!

This truely is a well kept secret offering amazing value for money. We were greeted on our very late arrival with an exceptional warm welcome and this continued throughout our stay. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The hotel is immaculatly clean, and this is from someone whose best friend is Domestos/Clorox bleach! We stayed there last spring. It was average I thought. Our room was not very clean, the floors were kinda filthy. Otherwise, OK.

we stayed in the Springhill Suites Lake Buena Vista from the 4th of april until the 13th april. We are a party of 5 and we must say that the hotel was great. Our suite was always nitt and tidy. The hotel in a very quiet location very close to Downtown Disney and Disney parks. The staff was very kind and friendly and the swimming pool was duzzling. I would definetively recommend it.

We just stayed five nights and had an adequate experience, but I would like to offer this quick warning to families who plan to swim... the SpringHill Suites pool is closed til May 10 (posted date) and you will need to walk to the Fairfield Inn or Courtyard to use the pool. We were not forewarned of this despite three inquiry calls to reservations. You might want to call the front desk and confirm pool situation if you are traveling early May.

I stayed here for two weeks commencing 26th March 2004 and had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is very conveniently situated and is within easy reach of the main I4 highway. The rooms which are considered suites are not particularly large but do provide a separate area which acts as a lounge. I found the hotel to be scrupulously clean and the desk staff to be friendly. We stayed at the Springhill Suites during the last week of March '04. We selected this hotel based upon past reviews from this website and based upon the price and value. The hotel has a great location near Walt Disney World and is just across the freeway from Downtown Disney and some Disney Hotels such as the Hilton, Wyndham, and Double Tree. Booked this trip 12 months ago and originally scheduled to stop in the Sheraton World Resort. A few weeks before travelling, we checked this hotel on Tripadvisor and after reading other travellers negative comments we swapped to the Springhill Suites. What a result!!! Excellent location, close to I-4 for Disney theme parks. Good range of restaurants close by. Orlando Premium Outlets (designer shops) within walking distance.
