Everything about this place is great, check in was quick and easy, did not have a hire car, but was driven to our apartment, cases carried up to our rooms.



For the first time in my life I was totally gobsmacked the apartment was fantastic, lovely kitchen with granite work surfaces breakfast bar, dining area, 2 TVs, utility room and the bathroom oh my god! Big whirlpool bath, wet room, all again granite enclosed balcony with table and chairs ceiling fan, everything was the best, the view from our balcony was out of this world, pool, pond, and beach area.



The grounds of this place are beautiful with lakes with all sorts of wildlife including turtles, dotted around the grounds are hammocks and swinging seats and B.B.Q’S, the pools are wonderful one is so quiet on some days there was only us there (everyone was at Disney) the larger one has a waterfall, springs, cave area and on some nights a movie at the poolside "just pull up a float and watch from the pool".



This place is well worth a visit even if you don’t go to Disney.

This is an ideal place to stay if you wish to visit the theme parks. It is less than 10 minutes drive away!



Sheraton vistana is mainly timeshare property but anyone can stay there for a nightly fee. Villas are amazing, loads of room, huge kitchen, veranda's, large bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, iron etc. It really is home from home. The staff will do anything to help you and would recommend it to anyone.



Theme parks, I would suggest buying your tickets before you go as its cheaper, try on line there are loads of bargains to be found.



Plan your days and make sure you include 'rest' days as your days can be very long.

You can’t go wrong with food, there is something to please absolutely everyone! If you don’t want to drive there are plenty of shuttle buses to get to where you want. Our favourite place was Busch Gardens although wherever you go they cater for adults as well as the kids!!



Just be prepared to leave room in your case for all your shopping as you will be spoilt for choice with shops too. Overall the best holiday we've had, and don’t forget it’s not just for kids!!!

Although the apartments were a little dated, they were exceptionally clean and HUGE!



They were extremely well equipped, offering a full size kitchen, plus washing machine and drier. The lounge and dining areas easily accommodated the five in our family, but could have accommodated 3-4 more very comfortably.



The service was excellent, and the public areas varied, clean and well maintained. Overall excellent value for money and somewhere I would not hesitate to revisit.

Visited Sheraton Vistana Villages for our honeymoon with our 2 children in June 2004 and had a good time overall.



The accommodation was really nice, very clean with every available facility needed for self catering. On arrival the check in was very prompt, staff very helpful and friendly. Very soon after we had arrived in our two bedroom apartment we received a hamper with wine, chocolates, cheese and biscuits and numerous other items compliments of the management as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch.



The first of our grumbles was with the housekeepers who managed to take two of our towels one day and my daughters new soft toy the next, both never found and explained away as over zealous bed stripping. We were refunded the cost after we had trawled the shops to find replacements.



The second and major complaint we had was with the Sales team, who rang and left messages daily for us to attend a complimentary breakfast. We eventually succumbed to try and stop the calls, only to find they were to join us at the table whilst we were eating to try and sell us a time share. We told them several times that this was a special holiday for us which we would never normally be able to afford but to no avail. After such a beautiful apartment, fantastic staff lovely swimming pool and grounds it was rather a let down to be bothered quite so much, it let the side down badly.



Don't let it put you off going, it was lovely just don't attend the breakfast or answer the calls unless you wish to buy.
