Radisson Barcelo Hotel Reviews

Absolutely fantastic location. The Radisson is one of the nicer hotels on the main strip and is good value for money. Room service is available until 11pm, however, there is a 19% service charge!
Orlando is a brilliant destination for families and couples and singles. The list of activities is endless and the night life is exceptional. I have found that leaving the tourist hot spots takes you in to a different world, and you get to meet real Americans that are just fantastic. Church Street in Downtown Orlando is fantastic on a Tuesday night (about a $40 taxi ride) with people from all walks of American life..and you may even bump into and Brit, but unlikely!
There are numerous gay venues in the Orlando area, though they are quite far apart and can rack up a hefty taxi fare. On international Drive there are a few good bars that cater for everyone and generally have outside seating which is great for eating out if you smoke (Florida Law prohibits any smoking indoors where food is served.
For a good night out I would recommend Karma Bar, which is just behind the Boston Lobster Feast on International Drive. From the outside it looks black and closed! Inside it's a different story. This is a non-tourist bar and the people are very friendly and know how to have a good time, though I would recommend the faint hearted not attend. If you do manage to go along, chat up Jaynee behind the bar and say that I told her to give you a free drink!!!!! Ohhh and don't forget to tip, generally $1 per round...of course if your rounds are expensive (very unlikely) remember to tip more!
I believe Orlando is one of the best places on the planet for a casual holiday and would recommend to anyone wanting to have a fun break. This place is easily mistaken for Disneyland fans only, However I go about 3 times a year and have still not managed to visit Disney.

Loved the friendly atmosphere the staff created.
The hotel provides an airport shuttle service and you can arrange shuttle service to all parks for a small fee.
Loved the pool and bar. If you’re looking for an affordable yet nice place to stay I would highly recommend this hotel.
