Quality Suites Royale Parc Suites

Being from the east coast of Florida I suppose that I expected too much. Like the water from the bathroom sink to exit through a pipe unnoticed into the wall instead of flooding the bathroom from under the sink. I am used to the dishwasher being anchored to the counter and not falling out everytime you open it. The carpet was filthy black and the room hadn't seen freash air since being built. We just returned from our vacation and were very pleased with our stay. We had a few very minor things (wished the shuttle ran more often) but otherwise were extremely happy with the hotel. I think that October is an excellant month to travel to Florida. The hotel was not extremely busy, so the pool, etc was never overly crowded. The staff was very courteous and any prblems were taken care of in a very timely manner. We will definately use this hotel again on our next vacation.

We took a two week vacation to Florida back in May. This was the least expensive suite we booked but equally as nice as some of the others that cost over $200 per night. We paid less than $70 per night here. The pool was nice, though crowded. The free drinks from 4-6 daily was a nice add on to our stay. We have staqyed at this hotel 8 times in the last 12 years and are going back again next August. It may not have the best rooms, and it could use some refurbishing but you can't beat the friendliness of the people gathered in the evening at poolside and if you need the privacy of a 2 room suite, it's just great. It's the only place we'd consider.

I would not stay here again. We stayed at Quality Suites Maingate East in August 2003. I was very disappointed as it is badly in need of decoration and refurbishment. We stayed here 5 years ago and was happy with the accommodation. The rooms have not been decorated since the last time we were there last. The bathrooms are badly in need of refurbishment.

Three times in the past four years we have stayed at this hotel. This year our reservations were made at a price of $58.46 a night for a suite. That's $58 for a suite with a totally separate bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and dining area. It's very close to everything - literally about 5 minutes from Disney World. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, the hotel is really nice and with it being so close to Disney it's hard to believe you can get such a great price. We stayed for (10) days. At our arrivial (12:30 pm) we were able to check in earlier than the normal 4 pm check in time. Front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. The managers reception held at the poolside bar each afternoon from 4-6 pm with unlimited free drinks (beer, wine, pop, etc) was a nice touch and a way to relax and meet other guests during our rest days. Our (4) kids had a great time using the pool, hot tub, the arcade room (near the pool)... all were wonderful. They also have a kiddy play area for smaller children.... more

This was a very nice facility. Our suite was not available until after 4 pm. Keep this in mind when planning your arrival time if flying in from out of town. We received very good maid service. The rooms were clean. We loved the kid friendly pools and areas. Front desk staff was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

I recently had the misfortune of selceting this hotel over the internet via expedia on the good faith that they were honestly representing themselves as a three strar establishment. When we arrived the first thing I noticed, especially in this day and age, was the total lack of security. The pool might as well have been a public swimming hole. The one thing I found after reading all the reviews, good and bad, is that there is an element of truth to all of the reviews. I read in several reviews about the elevator not working. When we were there for our entire stay one of the elevators was out of order. How long does it take to fix??? Thank God we were on the first floor, but if my room was near that elevator on a higher floor, I would not have been to happy.
