We went to the Hotel Neptune on a recommendation and I cannot praise it enough. Was a great holiday. Hotel staff very helpful especially as I was unwell during the stay. Food was perfect so much choice. Even free champers for breakfast if you wish. We had all our meals outside. With so many pools to chose from no problem with sunbeds even if you went one in the afternoon. The only downside for me personally was there was nowhere to walk to outside the complex, and the sea was usually to rough to swim in unless a strong swimmer. Overall well worth a visit.

Fabulous hotel, lovely rooms, food excellent, spotlessly clean, and well kept grounds, the service is excellent all round. Staff could not have been more friendly, and welcoming. Entertainment, is mostly in German, however it was still enjoyable, particularly The Lion King show, which was superb! I enjoyed my first visit in July so much, I went back again in August and also at the end of the season! I am now looking forward to returning again in 2004 when it re-opens. The hotel is on its own, with just a couple of friendly bars and a couple of shops just outside the entrance. There is a bus at the end of the road which takes you in to Kos town and Mastihari.
