Best Western Hotel Airport Inn & Suites

I didn't spend a night in this hotel, but I did use their business center and I found the staff very friendly and helpful ... even to someone not staying in their hotel. They really exceeded by expectations. Next year, I might given them a try

Great for short stays. Friendly hotel staff. good breakfast. easy to get to all attractions.

I was expecting a somewhat nicer place, but this is an old motel. Not as close to the airport as I thought it would be. The rooms (not the suites) were small to standard size, old furniture, somewhat musty smell. Water pressure was poor. The staff, consisting of one front desk clerk, was polite. The free breakfast was ok. Located on a busy street. Bottom line - I should've spent an extra $30 and stayed at a newer hotel closer to the airport.

I stayed here one night. Room size was impressive, larger than the average motel room. Breakfast was a cut above also. Highly recommended.

We stayed here both the first and last nights of our vacation so we could be close to the airport. Very good value, very close to the airport which was good as we arrived late on a friday night. Clean and comfortable and worth the low price for arrival and departure days. We found a great deal at AAA.

Got a good size double room. Neat and clean. Staff friendly and efficient. An extra plus that breakfast is included.

This is not your typical Best Western Hotel. They are serverely understaffed, and there is no customer service. Could not get extra pillows for our child -- we were told that they were out. We waited an hour for 'free' airport pickup, and finally ended up paying for a cab. Manager did not return calls. Don't stay here. You don't get any quality or value for your money spent!

hotel clean..but the staff is very inefficient and incompetent..at least the ones we encoutered....gave wrong directions, we got lost at midnight...gave us a room key that didnt work, went back down,//gave a family of five a room with one bed...we reserved a supposed "suite".. went back down...hunted down our own cots at 2 am. from floor to floor..absolutely no apologies..waited for other room til 230am..had to go to front desk again... because he hung up on us...next day manager PROMISED and apoligized his little heart out...but of course... more

We were pleased with this hotel. It was clean and it had what we needed (ie. 2 queen beds and sofa bed, continental breakfast, mini-fridge, microwave, sink). We were satisfied with our one night stay.

The hotel itself is decent - clean, fairly quiet, and comes with breakfast. The problem was with the room they gave us. We booked a "suite" because we have a 2-year old and wanted separate him from the rest of us, since he tends to go to sleep earlier. Well, it turns out that their suites are really just a slightly larger room with a 5 foot high wall that sticks out about 6 feet from one wall to divide the pull-out sofa from the beds.
