Without a doubt after looking at the other hotels, this is by far the best (for reasons mentioned in the title). I don’t know why it says 2 hours transfer because it took us 75 minutes and the bus driver was going very slowly. In a family car I think you could get there... more

This was our second visit to Belcekiz and could not fault it. Staff friendly and very helpful, good choice of food, excellent situation for either doing nothing or taking day trips. Would recommend it without hesitation. Will be returning Sept 2010.

our party of 13 stayed at this hotel in July 2007. Our ages ranged from 15 to 49. The hotel was absolutely superb in every aspect! The food is fantastic. Usually after a week the food is repetitive but at this hotel the choice is varied every day and it is excellent... more

It was our first time on an all inclusive holiday and our first visit to Turkey. We all had the time of our lives and cannot fault the Belcekiz Beach Hotel in any way. We had two adjoining rooms as we have three children aged 6,9 and 14. The rooms were impeccably clean... more

Omg!! Awesome holiday
there was a big party of us all different age ranges (35, 36, 39, 39, 15, 14, 14, 12, 60, 62, 40, 40, 13, 16, 39, 38, 19, 15) we would like to say first the entertainment team were amazing especially ayr who put soo much effort into everything. The hotel was really clean and all the satff were soo friendly. we liked the plaza bar staff especially (comment frm charlotte) resat ;)..... the shows were really good and the plaza bar disco at nite was awesome as me and a few ovas got up there dancing. the food was gourgeous and i could eat as much as we wanted. the pool games during the day were a laugh to watch and to join in aswell me and charlotte had a good laugh doing lilo racing. we definetly want to go bk nxt year without a doubht and i will neva forget the holiday it was amazing. thnx to all the staff who made our stay there the best eva!!!!!!! love sarah (blondie) and charlotte x (blues girls) x
Wow!
WOW belchekiz beach is amazing, service great, met loads of brilliant people and the entertainment team gave great shows! really miss the holiday now back in england. Only problem was be careful if you are of the female gender around the turks! absolutely brilliant holiday couldn't fault it hope to go back next year! charlotie, amy, kim and dave. p.s if anyone has any of the songs that the dj played do tell!
WOW, what a holiday
Well what can we say. Just have just got home from a fab holiday. we are mixed age ranges (78,70,44,40,22,21,19,15,7) Were do i start. Food, service, entertainment value, was first class. "Al, Ayre (WOW!), Steve, Sunny, Katerina, Fathma" The entertainment team kept us all on our toes. So freindly and welcoming, you just could not say no to their charm. So we ended up on stage quite a few times in various disguises. (the Thomsons show to "starlight" on the other hand was not a patch on the hotels fun entertainment and would not recomend it for the money. Hello to "Lollipop". she served us all with drinks etc and never failed to remember what we drank. All lovely people, to many to mention. The service was 5 star treatment and all the party didnt want to come home. The pool is large and cleaned all day long. The pool snack bar served wicked pizzas. You can get tea, coffee, cold drinks all day long till the last person goes to bed. Ice creams are served between 3-4 pm. lots of flavours to choose from. We have an insulin dependant diabetic in the group and never had to worry about a thing. Diet coke is available (would advise to take some sugar free cordial drink with you though) as some not readily available in shops. We would all recomend this hotel. you will not be disapointed. Cant wait to go back next year hopefully. (all inclusive again) GREAT. (Davisons)
The best holiday EVER!!!
Just come back from two weeks here and am already missing it so much! being 17 i was kinda worried that i would be bored but i really should not have been worried! the staff at the hotel, from reception to waiters to cleaners, really are the nicest people you could ever imagine meeting which i think was one of the main reasons the holiday was so enjoyable. the entertainment team are great and have even the most reserved of people joining in with the club dance by the end of the holiday! have always been against going on holiday to somewhere i have been previously but have totally changed my mind! already trying to persuade my parents to go again and me and my sister and already trying to think of ways to get the money to go again. if your thinking of going, do, you really will not be disappointed!
A Turkish Delight!!
My wife, 18 month old daughter and I have just returned from this hotel. This was our first all inclusive holiday and our first trip abroad with our daughter so we did have our apprehensions. I'm glad to say however that we were all very impressed with the hotel. The location was superb being right on Belceciz beach, a short 5 min walk from the centre of the resort and surrounded on three sides by spectacular mountain scenery. Belceciz beach is a shingle beach which wasn't really sutable for our daughter. The hotel however runs a free taxi service to Suara Lagoon which is part of the infamous Blue Lagoon where there is a small sandy beach in the still, gentle waters of the lagoon. Best to go mid-late afternoon when it's not so busy (and not so hot!!) The food in the main restaurant was excellent with a fantastic choce of meals and particualrily the deserts. In the week we were there i never had the same meal twice! The staff were also all very friendly and helpful. Watch out for Ercan the waiter and Mehmet the manager. Our only gripe was the size of the room which we thought was too small for a family of 2.5 including buggy etc. We also didn't have cot despte requesting one. All in all this is a great hotel in a great resort. Olu Deniz itself is a holiday resort through and through so don't expect much in the way of real Turkish culture. If you do get a chance I would recommend making the time to jump on the dolmus to Fethiye.
Fab Hotel
Our first trip to Turkey and we were apprehensive but the Belcekiz Beach hotel was excellent. We had rooms across the road from the main complex which were really lovely. Huge comfy beds, clean modern bathrooms with good showers and a balcony. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and on the first day the fridge was stocked with beer, water juice and chocolate. The hotel was immaculate, food was of superb quality and there was a huge choice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, service was very good especially for drinks around the pool. The pool was lovely (Huge and very clean) and there was a very shallow pool for young children. Sun beds were available around the pool and besides the pool area in the gardens - there were plenty of sun beds. The location was really good, right on a very nice beach and near to shops etc although you did have to pay for sunbeds on the beach. It's not the place to go if you like nightlife though which suited us just fine. We don't like to go back to places but we would certainly return here. We paid just under £500 per person for a week all inclusive and it was an absolute bargain
Wow Wow Wow
WOW where do I start. Myself (40) my wife (44) and my 15 year old daughter have just enjoyed the best 2 week holiday 03/06/2005 we have ever had. This is our 4th time to Turkey and our first to Oludeniz, previously we have been to Gumbet (self catering) and Belek.(all inclusive). The hotel complex is spread over a large site and is situated at the front of the resort right next to the beach with the Taurus Mountains as a back drop. I could not fault any aspect of the hotel. The rooms are kept spotless by a constant heard of cleaners who also ensure that the rest of the complex is also spotless. The restaurant is excellent with a good selection of food prepared to a very high standard to please even the most fussy of eaters and the restaurant manager Memhet is a laugh a minute. For those of you who have been to Turkey before you will know how genuinely friendly the people are and the staff at the Belcekiz are no exception. The entertainment team will have you in stitches as they give you some varied shows in the evening. The entertainment manager Al is Turkeys answer to Mr Bean with a laugh like an injured mountain goat, he had me crying with laughter on many occasions. We made some good friend on this holiday, both Turkish and English and are already looking at booking our second stay there. I recommend that you try some of the excursion that are available to book. There are many different people selling the excursions along the beach and in the town. We booked all of ours with Easy Riders which are situated half way along the Promenade Gorgeous George (Hakan) and Phillip (Yalgin) are the sales team at Easy Riders and will treat you like a long lost friends. I am confident that who ever books the Belcikez will find it very hard to fault it. In a nutshell a perfect complex in a perfect resort, what more could you want
great holiday
Just back from two weeks at this lovely hotel. Two old fuddy duddies[45+50] and the "children"" [20+16] Something for everyone, weather beautiful getting hotter by the day range of food was great as were the entertainment staff, special thanx to Max [love from grampa] Trip to fethiye market a must but also a real experience., scubba diving brill.Only let down was the dalyman checkout trip all was o.k till we got to the 3 star hotel., What a dive...... Mossies, 1960`S deco, damp, food left a lot to be desired, it made the belcekiz beach look like Buck House. If the bank manager will allow we will return soon, made lots of new friends and enjoyed relaxing chilling out and of course the wonderfull scenery. But Turkey is definately not cheap, this was our 1st time in turkey and hopefully will not be our last.Roll on the lottery win !!!!!
THE BEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD!!
This hotel was the best one I have ever stayed in. The people are so friendly and helpful, the cleaners do a wonderful job, and the chef's well they were just excellent. Mekkmet (don't no if i spelt that right sorry!) Was really nice to me and my family and everyone else as well. The guy in the red shorts I didn't catch his name they both worked well togther. The got everyone in the right mood to stat the day. The waiters are very neat and tidy and very very polite, and smartley dressedall the time. The pool is very clean and tidy and there are no heath risks! I really didn't want to leave and I loved it so much I might consider going there at least once a year!! I would just like to ssay a massive thankyou to all those wonderful people that made my holiday the best!! Thanks!!!
Lovely Olu Deniz
Stayed at the Belcekiz Beach Hotel in Olu Deniz from 23rd to 30th May 2005. We flew from Gatwick with Thomsons and both outbound and return flights were on time. We had heard before going that this could be a long transfer, so emailed the Hotel and they sent a mini bus (for 2 of us), the driver was waiting with our names on a board as we left the airport. The charge for this was £60 return, paid to the hotel on departure. We arrived mid afternoon and as we drove through the entrance, a bell boy came and took our luggage, waited while we checked in then took us to our room. Showed us the mini bar, which had beer, soft drinks and a mars bar in it, and how to control the air conditioning. We were also given cards for our pool towels, which you could change every day if you wished. The room was very nice, not huge but plenty big enough and spotlessly clean, the bathroom was excellent, with a very good power shower, and again spotless. The room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay, with fresh towels and sheets every day. In fact throughout the hotel, there was always someone cleaning or sweeping, absolutely immaculate. The hotel was full and many guests seem to return year after year, some liked the change to AI others were not so sure. The pool area was always busy and you would need to get up early to get a bed, although there were always beds available in the gardens. The staff were excellent and plentiful, always walking round asking if you would like a drink, there were also water coolers, fruit juice and tea and coffee machines in various places so you could help yourself. Various activities took place around the pool and the entertainments staff were good, always something to watch or take part if you wanted, although no pressure to do so. We did not watch any of the evening entertainment, as we liked to go for a walk in the evening, then come back for a drink at the plaza bar overlooking the beach. Children seemed to be well catered for with activities during the day and a mini disco early evening. Breakfast was good, with various breads and pastries, cereals, fruit and a chef cooking fresh omelettes with your choice of filling. Lunch was available in the dining room but we usually ate at the pool bar, where snacks were available all day, sandwiches, pizza, burgers and pasta. The evening meal on our first few days was not very exciting or varied (mainly chicken in a sauce) but there was always salad, this did not really bother us as we like to eat out a few times even if we are AI, so we would have a look and then decide whether to eat in or out in a restaurant. I think there must have been some complaints about the evening meal, as our last 3 days they certainly improved, with a chef carving huge turkeys, also doing deep fried onion rings and mushrooms as you wanted them. Also beef in a mushroom sauce was very good. Lots of fresh vegetables, stir fry dishes as you waited and also fresh pasta with various sauces. The puddings were all wonderful! We last went to Turkey about 15 years ago and said we would never go again, but visiting Olu Deniz has changed our minds. It is a beautiful little resort and very clean, the people were very friendly without being too pushy. From Olu Deniz we got the Dolmus (£1.00) into Fethiye and walked round the harbour and the old town and also into Hisaronu. We also walked along the beach to go to the lagoon. The beach is right outside the hotel at the Belcekiz and is lovely with snack bars right on the beach, you can sit with a cold drink and watch the paragliders coming in, quite a sight to see. We thoroughly enjoyed Olu Deniz.
