Blue Bay Hotel & Apartments

LOVED IT !!! me my brother and my dad went from 18/8/11 to the 29/8/11 and we absolutly loved. the entertainment on all through the day for all ages im 14 and joined in some of the games haha and there were younger kids joining in. the slides are open from 5 to 7 and earlier on in the day and there brilliant haha i loved it. missing it already. the entertainers are brilliant and join in all the games. snoop hahh :D

I read some bad reviews about this hotel on a number of sites & dreading what i was going to. I see some horrible dirty pics as well. BUT it was clean, the pool toilets didnt get cleaned or looked the didnt get cleaned everyday - which whn going in bare footed if u've quickly got out the pool is not nice. The hotel staff were all very friendly & all fussed the kiddies. Food was good but from my experience of a 5star hotel all inclusive the food was a let down here but i have to remember its only a 3star & i am sligtly fussy eater too ... Sunbeds r a nightmare & there r signs up saying that no towels can be put on the sunbeds before 8am as they will be removed & towels wills be removed if left 4 more then 1hour during the day but thats a load of rubbish, i put my towels on my last morning at 6.30am and had them all day, when i went down at 7.30 they were already all gone and left for hours n hours. Loads shops & 2mins walk from the beach. The pool is very small for the amount the hotel holds, the pool with slides never worked the whole week we were there n dont look as good as the brochure makes it - 18th Aug - 26th Aug

me and my 3 friend are just back from staying here and we absoulutly loved it, we are already trying to get booked up for nxt year, the food was good, the entertainment was good, u have everything you need right on your doorstep, the only thing was trying to get a sunbed in the morning if you dont have one by 8 oclock then you probably wont get one until the afternoon but who needs a sunbed when you have the beach right around the corner anyway. this was my second time at this hotel and i will be going back nxt year again. its great for couples and for familys.

just got back from this hotel read som bad reveiws before we went but got to say this waz a exelent holiday food waz very good staff were very polite,2 mins from the beach water sports on the door step,but the maid is not the cleanest,but i will be goin back ther next year..

didn't enjoy staying at the hotel. the staff were unhelpful and at times quite intrusive. room was clean and house-keeper and one bar person only nice people we seen all week.
if it wasn't for the restaurant attached to the hotel which had fantastic staff always armed with a smile no matter how busy... we would have thoroughly hated the stay.
All inc was a joke - too many people booked in and the dining times were a nightmare with people falling over themselves; staff taking away your plate before you had finished and one waiter said we should be up and ready when we come down to eat... HELOO, HOLIDAY.... whole reason we there.
Alcoholic drinks were watered down and many weren't available.. it was even difficult to obtain water unless u accepted it out of a paper cup........... very disappointing and after 5 trips to Turkey, this was the worst ever place to stay.

stayed there for 1 week was a nice hotel food was da same every night no kids choice for food was clean. beer was flat and warm snack bar was no good didn't even get a sun bed or table for evening entertainment as it was so busy full of young 1s. the room was on the top floor it was big n clean but show didn't work and they didnt fix it the staff didn't really smile don't think i would stay in that hotel again as we keep having to go out we went in to da club cettia hotel at night that was fad enteraiment

We have just come back after 10 days from the blue bay hotel.
Staff were all very nice and welcoming to our family. Hotel very clean rooms very nice and clean, and cleaned regularly.
We were All inclusive and I must say all the food was excellent and freshly cooked. The food was buffet style self service, and was plentiful. The chefs speciality was omlettes
they was beautiful. The hotel is ideally situated its is a couple of minutes from the beach, and about half hour stroll into Marmaris Centre.
In the other direction its a nice walk to icemeler along the beach front, taking about one hour .
Would go back in the near future.

not a 4 star dont be fooled, reception area is nice but everywhere else is dirty and needs a good clean or even a total refurbishment. The rooms were cleaned daily but the outside toilet areas and pool were discusting. food was ok and plenty of it but again the standard of hygiene was an issue, the hotel had cats wondering around inside the reception and dining area and around the pool. my daughter was attacked by a stray dog on this holiday and the staff did not seem bothered about the fact that there were animals around the guests. the entertainment was rubbish and consisted of a childrens disco at 9.30 which is a ridiculous time for a kids disco and then various quiz nights. After the disco on the first night my son was pushed off the stage by bobo the dj and he banged his head, no apology was given. The entertainment (if you can call it that) was outside on a tiny stage as there was no indoor room for entertainment.i would not go back to this hotel again.

I have recently just stayed at blue bay and i found the hotel/app lovely.They have lots to do and offer lots of fun activities both indoors eg. gym spa tatoos and outdoos eg. water polo aqua arobics and water slides. all staff where very friendly and helpfull. The room where very clean and tidy. Cleaners done an excelent job. The night and day time entertainment by nico bobo amd mc was extremly goOd.They had new and good ideas each night and offerd a free bus to take anyone to the party area of turkey.They also spent time durin the day getting to know guests and were brilliant at teh kids night time entertianment. The hotel as a whole was just a great experince and i would recommend it to everyone (families included). The only thing i was not so keen on was the food however it was clean and fresh and there was a good selection of foods on offer at meal times, day time snack were slightly limited. Drinks service was very good and staff made you feel welcome.

Init hot! We went for a 2week holiday in Auguast, and we loved it! Me and my friend are going back next year!
The holiday was suitible for all age's we had a age group of 2years old - late 40's, It had entertainment for everyone everynight exept sunday because that was there day off, The entertainment had somthing different everynight. My brother-inlaw won the Mr.Bluebay pagent :L so funny!
I would recomend trying out going on the party bus, from 11pm-2am, you get picked up and dropped off at the hotel.All the clubs/Bars have no-roof and is free on entry, music and lighting were awesome!
The pool were cool and refreshing in the morning and then by the afternoon were warm so it lovely!
The food was yummy! and the waiters are amazing! proper fun! because we were in a big group they saved us a big table. It was my friends 18th when we were there and they put ballons up and banners up and made flowers out of napkins! cutee
