Riande Continental South Beach

I am a disabled person using an electric scooter
I notified Travel sphere of this and received written confirmation. However on arrival at Miami airport the Travelsphere Rep knew nothing of this. Resulting in myself with the cases on one coach, my carer and my scooter on another, which arrived over 1 hour later, causing me great difficulty and distress.
The following day on transfer to the ship, despite assurances from the rep that we would not be parted and that cases and scooter would be on same coach, myself, carer and scooter were on one coach,1 case on coach 2 and 2nd case on coach 4.Resulting in our being on the dockside for 1/12 hours waiting for our luggage.
The Riande Continental Hotel, Miami, is nothing more than a dump, bath hand painted and peeling, bed linen, smelled of man’s aftershave, certainly not ironed if at all washed. No way of getting a drink not even a bottle of water after restaurant closed at 9-30pm until it opened again at 7 am.
Travelsphere need to communicate with each other and select their hotels more carefully. IF YOU ARE A DISABLED PERSON DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELSPHERE.
