Siesta Beach Apartments

I absolutely loved it here! The rooms were kept very clean by staff, and were quite a big size. I thought the hotel was beautiful and was very interesting with all the flowers and wild life. It was great having a choice between 2 pool and bar areas, both with a big pool, baby pool, bar and restaurant. I must say that I preferred the bottom pool area the most.
My family and I stayed at the bottom pool area most of the time and it was wonderful! The staff there were very very very friendly, kind and caring. Infact they made my holiday, and I didn’t even want to leave!
We went on a boat trip that was organised by them (the bottom pool people) one of the barman came with us aswel as the captain and another helper. The boat trip was fantastic, and since there was only a certain amount of people allowed on it was if it were a private boat.
I also had a Turkish bath that was at the hotel, it was great because it was a private or a group activity.
I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday there, and the price at the bottom restaurant was very cheap compared to the rest of Gumbet, but had the same, or maybe even better quality. Id love to go back because I miss it already!!!!!

Siesta Beach Apartments was clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned several times a week and the staff were friendly. It is in easy reach of the beach and the pool and pool side was clean and tidy also.
On the down side we had to complain about the music on several occasions as the apartments are very close to the bar and it was still banging out at top volume at gone 2am. The drinks and food were more expensive and you are hassled a little by the staff to buy from there as opposed to going to the hotel next door which is a lot cheaper. You also have to be careful as you can easily get ripped off by the staff as I found out. Always ask the price of anything first and check your change.
Overall a good holiday and very enjoyable. You get what you pay for and this was one of the better resorts I have been to. However if it was a choice between Greece and Turkey I am afraid that Greece would win.

I had reservations when I booked this holiday as I thought (mistakenly) that it might be a loud and young resort, being so close to Bodrum. I was so wrong!
Although the resort is lively and the music is sometimes a little loud, the relaxing holiday atmosphere more than makes up for any noise. The Siesta Beach Apartments are well maintained, always clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the views from the pools are amazing. I took my mother, who is 67 years old, and we picked just the right time of year to go - the second week in June. The weather was in the early eighties every day, with a cool breeze at night.
The local buses to Bodrum (which is lovely) and Turgetreis are a doddle to catch, as they are regular and cheap. I thoroughly recommend this resort and the Siesta Beach Apartments to anyone.

My family went to siesta beach for 2 weeks and we were totally blown off our feet when we saw how tidy and clean it was for the first week of the season and we would highly recommend to others and we are going again next year. the staff was top class and the food was 5 star it was never a 3 star complex it was more like a 5 star.
the pool side bar was good and served cheap drinks and it was very children friendly and it was only 30 second walk to the beach and that was first class as well
I would definitely go when I'm older and I will.

This was the best family holiday we have ever had. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and spacious and well equipped. The views from our balcony was the best, also the views from the pool side was breath taking.
It was very close to the beach and shops. The pubs were excellent in the town. but the aloha fun pub was the best, they made us feel really welcome, and looked after our two children aged 11 and 14 brilliantly.
would definitely go back to the same place. It was excellent

The staff are very friendly and always happy to help with any queries. Apartments, pool et cetera was always very clean and tidy. You can see the kitchen from the bar and it was always clean and the staff were always wiping down the surfaces. Food was a little expensive in the bar itself compared to the town so did not really eat there at an evening, but the snacks were very tasty and presented well.
Everyone that was there said that they had a very enjoyable experience at Siesta Beach and would go back. We will definitely go back if not next year then very soon. Gumbet itself was quite as it was the last two weeks of the season. However, the restaurants cater from every kind of foreign dish you can think of and of a high standard.
The weather was between 25-29 centigrade which was very unusual for that time of year and the beach and sea were very pleasant. Gumbet has some very pleasant views and is a very nice place for any age group. Hope to see it soon.

I went to siesta beach apartments and you cant get any nicer rooms, they were gorgeous and all the Turks are very friendly especially Muzzy (green eyes), Emre and Ahmed they were really nice.
They had lots going on they had pool parties, Turkish night, break dancers. They were all very good i miss muzzy he was a laugh and he entertained everybody i would rate the apartments as 5*.
The staff are really good and they are very helpful, the waiters are really nice to, i rate these apartments to any1 who likes to have a laugh and to enjoy themselves, muzzy is mine so hands off evry1, Chelsie xxx

Turkey is amazing!!! Especially the apartments we stayed in!! We’re going again this year it was that good! The staff are very friendly and very nice and neat rooms the cleaning staff r even nice!
The bar staff and restraunts staff r amazing and very nice they cater to you’re every need without going overboard!! If u want to go to Gumbet go to siesta apartments its amazing!!
