Arrived on the red eye flight which was delayed by about 1 hr, and then it took one hour to get through the baggage; quite poor as we were the only flight. The seat pitch of 28" is incredibly uncomfortable if you are more than 5" 8' so being 6" 2' pain killers were needed.... more
