I stayed here for two weeks with my family. The weather was fabulous and the apartments are excellent. They are cleaned every day and are very spacious and well equipped. The pool area is very good - spacious, clean, quiet and has a jacuzzi and children's pool.
The local area is nice but there is a main road which is busy at all times of the day. There are lots of good restaurants to choose from especially if you are willing to walk a short distance. The entertainment is the bars could be better - unless you're a fan of Elvis, Robbie and Abba tributes!
The good thing about our holiday was that the apartment complex was small and friendly meaning that our children made lots of friends, as did we. The only downside to our holiday was the cost. It was more expensive to eat out than at home. Even a trip to the supermarket for basic essentials was costing me between £10-15. If you're going, take planty of euros with you! Also, I strongly disagree with having to pay for air-conditioning in the lounge area. This was an unexpected cost - 84 euros.

These apartments were very good. They were large and roomy with airconditioning in both the bedroom and lounge. The maid service was excellent, cleaned every day with plenty of fresh towels. The pool area was superb for children, really clean and safe.
The reasons I havent scored it higher are:
The cost of the drinks, snacks and ice creams around the pool bar were very expensive-£3.50 for a magnum ice cream!
The cost of the air conditioning in the lounge was 84 euros for 2 weeks which I think is expensive.
The apartments are situated on the main road into Ayia Nappa which is incredibly busy with quad bikes and motor bikes flying up and down it and although you dont hear the noice from the pool area its dangerous to cross the road, and sitting in the tavernas in the evening is like sitting on the edge of the M1!.
The beach behind the apartments would be lovely if someone cleaned it- the edge of the sea was very grubby with all kinds of cans and plastic cups etc floating in it- this is a real shame as it could be a lovely beach.
Again I really cant fault the apartments and pool area for cleanliness and safety they were excellent- if you are going here you will not be disapointed with them- 1 piece of advice, when you arrive check that all your windows are locked as we didnt and we were robbed on day 7!

We stayed in Tasia Maris Garden Village (Thomson Platinum) for our Honeymoon in June.
We had fresh flowers and a bottle of champagne on arrival as it was our honeymoon. I think all the guests get fresh flowers.
The accommodation was top class, rooms being thoroughly cleaned every day including fresh towels.
It was very relaxing around the pool, although the last few days of our holiday we had to look hard for a sun bed ! The pool was gorgeous with waterfalls. All the guests there were british so the atmosphere was good.
All the staff at the hotel were friendly and seemed to go out of their way to help you.
The Orange Grove accross the road is fab, Danny Feelgood really made you feel good with his comparing, always greeting new faces and usually embarrasing them! There were great tribute acts there, we went there most nights.
Ayia Napa square is a comfortable 20 min walk but we used to stop off at a few pubs on the way there. It's crazy there with loads of pub/clubs, as we're in our mid 30's we enjoyed the 'Carwash' club which is full 70,s 80,s and 90's music, great night !
Be careful when you get in a taxi though, it's 7euros wherever you go, never ask them how much, just give them 7 euro's !
All in all, we had a fantastic honeymoon and we couldnt' fault anything (apart from it being quite expensive eat eat/drink) but money's no object on hols is it?????

The accomodation was really nice and clean. The bar was good and the pool was fab. It's in a good area just a ten minute walk from Nissi Beach. And quite close to all the restraunts. We also thought that alll the staff were very friendly and the apartments were lovely. The cleaning ladies worked very hard as well. We really enjoyed staying with them and we will definetly have to go back!!!

We absolutely loved this resort and really regretted going for one week only!
We arrived at night and were hit by how warm it was and were directed to the lovely coach. Once arriving at the apartments we had to get up the stairs as we were above the reception, as we were starving we just went out and got some nibbles from the bakers across the road (the shop had closed by then).
We loved the friendliness of the staff from the first night.
In the morning, I opened the balcony doors and was so happy at how beautiful it was. We were above the reception so had a lovely view of the swimming pool, and the sea in the distance.
The apartments were extremely clean and we had no problems with bugs or anything through the stay. We didn't bother with air conditioning as it was as it was free in the bedroom, but it wasn't too hot and could sleep under the covers easily. Even in the living area, we just opened the balcony doors to let the air in but we were hardly inside anyway.
The maids cleaned the apartment everyday whilst we were there, and sometimes we weren't even ready to leave and they came around, but were happy to wait for us to get ourselves together. They even came on a Sunday for a quick clean! Which surprised me, I must admit.
We had everything we needed in our modern apartments and was so pleased with it!
The swimming pool was nice to go in for a dip, very much for children but relaxing for adults to cool down in or play with their children. The music got a bit repetitive though - the same songs for the whole week, but the snack bar served lovely food and really enjoyed their burgers and chips - quick service and good value too.
The beach was a 2 minute walk down the road, but I found it too packed but very popular with the locals. The water was really dirty and the seaweed wasn't very nice. I would much rather walk to Nissi Beach which has clear seas and lovely sand, which is a 5 minute walk extra along a costal path which is very pretty in itself!
The walk into Ayia Napa was quite long for us, especially when it was really hot and there was only a few shops to stop and look in (we walked in but taxied back in the end!) but Ayia Napa wasn't what we were expecting. Lots of places to eat and shops to look in, but we only went at day time but next year we will go into Ayia Napa for something to eat at night, although I think we were put off by lots of teenagers getting drunk etc, but we will give it a try, although we didn't see many teenagers about during the day.
Overall we loved every minute, but 1 week wasn't enough and we have just booked to go back for 2 weeks in September with Portland holidays instead, although the same flights as Thomson, its £100 cheaper to book through them.
Recommend anybody to go who wants top quality (looked into other places and they all have extremely bad reviews) for young couples (not clubbers), families and older couples.
Oh and the pub across the road serves lovely food and they are all really welcoming in there!

Fabulous, my first proper abroad holiday, loved every minute of it.
Karystos Bar across the road was always a fantastic night with lots of entertainment, all the staff were brilliant and made you fell welcome. Graham, the Karaoke Compere was wonderful, and all the guests were so friendly.
The local shopkeepers made you feel welcome and always gave us a good deal outside the marked price for things.
Food was top notch, with prices very reasonable. Don’t think we spent more than about £20 on a 2 course meal with wine.
Apartments were amazing and the pool is something to see. Extremely relaxing and makes you feel like you’re in paradise. Preferred Sandy Bay to Nissi Beach as there was less sea-weed but both waters were relaxing. (Nissi beach was a little rougher in the water than Sandy though).
Didn’t do any water sports but saw lots of them and they looked real fun so will try them next year.
Overall, a top holiday and have already started to arrange my holiday there for next year.

Extremely clean and well maintained apartments - maid service every day. Pool was spotless - thoroughly cleaned each morning. Most suitable for families with small children.
Located quite a walk away from Ayia Napa - about 20 minutes. Not a great choice of restaurants in the immediate vicinity - Orange Grove was about the best. Entertainment the same every night in the local bars - Krysstos had Karaoke every night but the guy same the same old songs.
Really can’t fault the apartments themselves - only minor problem with ants - even in an upstairs apartment! Would stay there again but prices seem to have shot up this year.
Definitely going back to Ayia Napa but will stay closer into town. Waterpark fantastic, also did a day trip to Paphos which was well worth it.

Absolutely excellent, lovely clean and roomy apartments.
Food at the snack bar excellent, good value, and plenty of it! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great little pool. Bakery over the road serves lovely smoothies which we regularly had for breakfast.
Great beach at Sandy Beach (2 minutes walk) with watersports which my kids really enjoyed (paragliding 25CP for 2 people, banana boat 3CP). Sunbeds and parasols are 1.25CP each per day on the beach. Nissi Beach very busy, so we enjoyed Sandy Beach more. Dozens of really good restaurants within walking distance, the Thai and the Chinese particularly good. We ate at a different place every night, didn't have any bad experiences.
Lunch at House on the Beach at Sandy Bay was excellent value, food very fresh, try the salads, they are amazing!
Absolutely excellent holiday, cannot think of one fault. Weather wonderful and the four of us enjoyed ourselves immensely and did not want to come home after 2 weeks!

We arrived at the apartments and the coach stopped over the road at the Hotel. As this was our first visit we didn't know we had to get off the coach there so we were last to book into reception.
The manager was very helpful and directed me to the check in where all the other guests were fighting to get the best rooms as they had been before. As I was given my keys by the very nice receptionist a very rude person kept butting in trying to steal my information pack, chill out people we are on holiday I thought.
Anyway we were shown to our room and I was very pleased with the cleanliness and space the beds in the living area are quite big and our bedroom had loads of wardrobe space.
The maids came every day to clean and give you fresh towels and even washed up sometimes, also very friendly.
The pool area is very good but the sun beds were a little dirty. The food at the cafe was great but the drinks a little expensive. All said these apartments are the best we have stayed at and the staff are very nice.
The resort itself was a bit of a let down, the road outside apartments is hazardous as there are loads of young people on mopeds and quad bikes that don't stop for anything. There is a zebra crossing outside apartments but be careful especially if you have children with you as there is a cycle path next to the road and the mopeds use it to get past traffic.
The beach is quite nice and you can walk along the coastal path to get to Nissi Beach takes about 10 mins. Nissi Beach was dirty with carrier bags and litter everywhere, what a shame as this is a very beautiful beach.
There are a few pubs and restaurants near by with some entertainments such as tribute bands and kareoke. We walked into Ayia Napa as there is more choice and better value. Try a boat trip only£2 buy tickets at the harbour. Also the water park is a great day out.
We enjoyed our stay at these apartments but we won't be going back to this area of Ayia Napa.

I have just come back from 2 weeks in the apartment complex. I have to say that it is one of the best self-catering apartment complexes I have been to!
It is one of the cleanest apartments I have stayed in; cleaned every day, towels changed every day, and bedding every other day! The cleaning staff are very friendly, as are all the other staff!
The complex is in a suitable location, with Ayia Napa town centre not too far to the right of the resort (facing the main road out of reception), and a large selection of bars and restaurants close by.
There is also Nissi Beach itself, a short walk from the complex. I would have to say Nissi Beach is the nicest beach in the area; it is not quiet by any stretch of the imagination, although there is practically two sides to the beach, a noisy side and a quiet side.
From my experience, food in and around the Tasia Maris Gardens are of fairly similar prices, although in my 2 weeks there, I found probably the best restaurant on the main road (Nissi Avenue). Turning left out of the apartment complex, about 300/400 yards down on the opposite side of the road, there is a jeweller with a restaurant called Sacramento’s on the side of it. Although it looks expensive, its prices are very reasonable, and was one of the cheapest places to eat. The food was immaculate, and beer only a quid a pint! Its staff are also very friendly, they give you a proper welcome, and I went there several times during my stay!
Overall I enjoyed my holiday. It was very relaxing and there was plenty to do. If you manage to get a hire car, I suggest visiting Nicosia (the capital), as well as Famagusta. Although you can't cross the border at Famagusta, there is a viewing point with a mini museum. It is very touching and really gives you the history behind the crisis!
I would recommend it to anyone, go there, you won't be disappointed!

We have just come home from a week’s stay at Tasia Maris Gardens; I have to say I cannot fault them at all!
The apartments are spotlessly clean and modern, the gardens very well kept and the pool area is lovely. Unfortunately for us we had almost a whole week of rain but we still managed to have an excellent holiday.
Our favourite place to go at night was the Orange Grove restaurant followed by their bar afterwards. Don kept us entertained as did Michael the barman! The Chinese just up the road was very nice too.
The beach next to the apartments was very nice and the bar served nice snacks too. There is a lovely little old man who looks after the sunbeds!
All in all a brilliant holiday, would not hesitate to return again some time!

We’ve just got home from Cyprus, and I feel we have to let you know our comments. The Tasia Maris gardens are simply lovely. Perfect for a family to use as a base or just to enjoy. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the maids came in every single day!
Everywhere on site was spotless, and the kids loved the pool, which has a great shallow end where you can relax as well as watch the kids. The pool snacks at the bar are great with big portions, so don’t order too much, we shared with the kids every time we ate. The supermarket opposite is very good, as well as the bakery which I can highly recommend, great for made up rolls and cakes.
You are nice and close to the beach which is ideal for kids. Everywhere in a cab is £4 which is cool. Or buses everywhere is 80 cents each way, but we found it much easier with the kids to cab it! Troodos mountain safari is amazing, as well as the fantastic water park! But there is nothing at the water park for under fives I would say, unless the kids are very adventurous!
The harbour is nice, I highly recommend the yellow submarine trip. Five pounds each, they didn’t charge for our 3 year old, a great view underwater with a diving fish feed show. Then you can snorkel in some smugglers caves, which is fantastic. I have to admit it isn’t cheap in Cyprus but we had an amazing first family holiday abroad! 10 out of 10 go for it!

As overseas holiday accommodation goes, you will struggle to find better than this, I the price range. The facilities were excellent and I would highly recommend the resort.
It is very family orientated, with facilities for both children and adults alike. The apartment rooms are excellent and are serviced every day by friendly maids. The bar food is excellent and despite the costly nature of the island as a whole, are very reasonably priced.
Our Thomson rep was a very nice girl and made us feel very welcome.
We came in the middle of September when the temperatures were still in the low to mid thirties and I never saw a cloud in the sky once.
My only qualm would be that due to the resort location and layout and being overshadowed by the Tasia Maris Hotel, you have to make the most of the sunshine tanning opportunities as the sun tends to set behind the hotel at about 5.30pmish. However this is perhaps more due to Ayia Napa's location on the South East side of the island, meaning you are unlikely to see a sunset as it sets on the other side of the island.
Otherwise no complaints whatsoever - excellent resort with excellent facilities.
Would highly recommend it.

Just come back from Tasia Masis Gardens on a last minute deal.
For.
Great pool, clean rooms, good gym under reception and great area (away from noise of the resort centre). Close to a beach and Nissi beach is 15 min walk. Ayia Napa children’s fairground is very good. Loads of great places to eat along Nissi Avenue going towards resort centre. Best was the Figi and Clarabels just across from the Town square and fountain.
Tasia Maris Hotel next door looked very nice, but does not allow kids under 16years (Thomson gold).
Against.
Distance from Ayia Napa OK for Adults to walk, a bit far for small children (Taxi cost 4C£). Small problem with ants in room. Air con in bedroom free, changed for air con in front room. No entertainment for children (used Thalassaki instead).
Would definitely go again or stay at the Thalassaki Beach Village which is a bit closer to the town, but the pool is not as good and there is no beach (5min walk).

These are probably the best apartments/complex I have ever been to. They are clean tidy well maintained with a good standard of finish to the apartments and complex. The pool area is very good with lovely surroundings of flowers shrubs etc.
The pool is a circuit around small islands with trees and shrubs and is very pretty. There are sun beds which are in different areas. Its not too big or small-just right. I’m very impressed with the complex and will be booking again. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Rooms are cleaned every day and all the towels replaced. 15-20 min walk to Ayia Nap – so not too quiet.
Lovely restaurants nearby including Valentinos - great food and good price try the special. Casa Napa - Italian restaurant in Ayia Napa is also very good and great value for money. The bakery across the road is fantastic, if you like greek food try the baklava they are gorgeous.
