Tasia Maris what can I say!
The surroundings were clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The complex was very clean and the cleaners came in every day and cleaned the apartment and left us clean towels and changed the linen daily.
The pool area was spotless. The only fault was no entertainment! Not just from a personal point of view but i felt quite sorry for the young families on the complex there was no let up for the parents of small children, no release. If a little bit of attention was paid to entertainment then this would be paradise.
I would go again definitely.

Everything you need. Perfect for people with young children. The kitchen has everything you would/could need. The rooms are fantastic as is the whole place.
You are only about a 15 mins walk from Ayia Napa which is a nice walk for something to eat n a look around the shops. We didn’t have a bad meal the whole time we were there. We have a daughter so we could not go out late but there is plenty to do for all ages. And if you are feeling lazy there is a bus across the road from the hotel that goes to Ayia Napa and it also goes to Protaras which is also well worth a trip. It only takes about 20 mins and cost £1.
The staff are brilliant and will do anything for you. The rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changes everyday as well.
We will be going back next year.
Do not be unsure about going here. The only thing that I would change is some entertainment is need in the day by the pool, this is a new hotel so I am sure they are already looking into this.

The best holiday I've ever been on. Absolutely amazing! The accommodation is excellent and this holiday village is stunning, and the staff are just so friendly! It’s a really sweet little place perfect for families with children of all ages and for couples too.
The location is really good, its about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Ayia Napa, but there's plenty of restaurants small pubs and a supermarket right outside. Also, this location means its not directly in the centre of all the very lively atmosphere making it less chaotic, but if the amazing atmosphere is what you want then its no trouble to get it!
The walk into the centre is really pleasant and you'll find loads of really good restaurants and shops on the way, there’s also a fun fair about 10 mins from Tasia Maris (on the way to the centre) the atmosphere in the centre of Ayia Napa is truly amazing and there’s something for everyone, even kids are allowed in the bars all night.
There’s a small beach behind Tasia Maris about 2 minute walk, this is a small quiet beach though and if I remember correctly water sports are available here too. The famous Nissi Beach is about just over 5 minute walking, there’s a bar with music and dancing, which is good for some people but others may not like it here. There are quite alot of people on this beach which can be off-putting to some, but otherwise its quite good.
I found this holiday amazing, and Tasia Maris Gardens is fantastic as well, I really recommend it. I'm going again this August!!

The transfer from Larnaca airport was approx 50 mins. Check-in was very straight forward though we were unable to arrange air-con in the main room (where the children were sleeping) or a key for the safe, until after our welcome meeting the next morning.
The apartment was very clean and had everything that you need if you wanted to cook. (Not that we did very much, as food in all of the local restaurants was of high quality).
There is a bakery just across the road and a supermarket.
The pool was lovely (though a little chilly for us adults). There are some small fountains in the shallow end which the smaller children enjoyed. There are also a couple of waterfall type fountains. The planting in the pool area and all around the apartments was beautifully done, was still in full bloom and very well maintained.
The closest beach was OK at only 5 mins walk away but there were better beaches only a short walk either way along the coastal path.
The staff were friendly and efficient. The food ordered from the pool bar was enjoyable too. (Though an English Breakfast is never quite right except at home!) Drinks from the pool bar and the lounge bar are competitively priced.
We ate at most of the establishments along the strip. The majority were good (at least). Our favourite’s being Sacramento’s and Flames. Sacramento’s provided beautiful Italian food at extremely reasonable prices. The staff were excellent and both meals were ended with a complimentary drink. Excellent service!
At Flames, we had the Flame’s speciality, which although a little more costly was well worth it, it was delicious!
We would definitely return to the Tasia Maris Gardens!
