Food buffet very poor had to eat out most days after paying all inclusive.
Entertainment rubbish ay night, day time activities no body to get anyone to join in.
Most staff very rude, complete waste of money.

We spent Christmas & New Year at this Hotel. Great hotel, very clean and all the staff helpful at all times, however.
When we arrived at about 10pm we found no porters. We don't have any I was told. And after an exchange of words, a waiter from the bar showed us to our room. I also asked about leaving our passports so we could be registered and was given the form to fill in myself before going to our room. After a nights sleep we went to breakfast. The food was cold Bacon was covered in half cold fat, eggs looked like plastic toys and I am sure you could have skimmed them across the swimming pool. The cold food seemed to be the order of the day as apart from a couple of days after a delegation of visitors to the Manager things got a bit better though the food seemed to be a combination of four meals on a rotation basis.
We also found that the making facility was only for the first day and after that you had to pay £2 per day, the safe in the room was £10 per week and there was a £10 charge to use the bar in the room. Food and drink was not aloud to be brought in from outside though Al Capone would have made a pile out of the booze runs. Our stay was spoilt by the local who came in over the period to eat etc and although they had to pay for the food the guests (tourists) who in some cases had paid over a £1000 each had to Q up to get in to the dining room while the local were shown through.
Again when we sat down we found the local children running about while we went to get our food which again we found very bland and as always not very hot. Our two weeks seemed to go on forever unlike most holidays that you don't want to end. And for the last few days we found eating out was the best way to stave off hunger.

Average decoration in public areas, rooms in need of updating. The air condition in the rooms was poor and non-existent in public areas. The manager simply refused to turn it on with the excuse that is was not that hot. It was at least 40 degrees.
The buffet food was of terribly poor quality. We had to eat out on several occasions.
Entertainment was a complete joke. Some of the guests mocked the singers and they thought that it was because they enjoyed it. Service was very slow.
Not worth the four star rating in my opinion.

The rooms were lovely and clean and there was plenty of space around the pool. There was not much around the hotel but the bus into Pathos was very cheap and just 30 mins away.
Most of the staff were friendly however we found the restaurant staff not so friendly. The day time entertainment was full of fun sports but the evening entertainment was very poor.
Depending on were your room is there is a chance you can hear music until the earlier hours in the morning. Not the best holiday but not the worst!!
