Me and one of my friends stayed at Olgas studios for a week in June. We were a bit apprehensive as we managed to get the holiday quite cheap but was very impressed and greatly suprised. The appartments were basic but clean and we had everything we needed and were cleaned... more

Mikey and his staff are the most welcoming and helpful we have come across. The apartments are spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool and bar area are well tended with plenty of sun loungers to go round. The restaurant serves drinks and meals all day and the bar is open... more

We have just returned from a two week break at the Olga apartments in Sidari. I was a bit anxious about what to expect from previous reviews. However, our accommodation was really good, the apartments (2 bedroom) was really quite spacious, although the kitchen was quite... more

Me and my boyfriend have just returned back from Olga apartments. It was our first holiday together and in our early twenties we wanted to make sure the place we stayed was suited for our age as well as being nice for a young couple who want quiet too. Well, we could not... more

We have just returned from the Olga Apartments in Sidari in Corfu. We stayed in the older apartments but although they are basic they have all the facilities you'd want. The owner Mike and the reception staf Ria and Angie can't do enough to help you out. The food and drinks... more

We stayed at the Olga Apartments in June 2006 for 1 week. Olga's is made up of two parts, one being fairly new, and modern the other being a bit run down and in need of TLC! We were placed in the latter. The room was fairly big but was very dated and in need of a lick of... more

My 1st time in Greece - first time in a 2 star hotel, I loved it! Normally go to Spain and this hotel was far better than some 3 star hotels I’ve stayed in before. Stayed in 1 bed apart which was absolutely huge! Lovely balcony area - 2 in fact, well equipped kitchen -... more

We went to the Olga Apartments on a late deal (allocated on arrival). I always fear the worst when we do this, but the apartments were fantastic. They were spacious, and comfortable in the beautiful surrounds of there own gardens. The Canal D'Amour "strip" was just a 100... more

A lovely family run accommodation. They were very friendly, and were always willing to help. The family also own a restaurant very nearby, 'Nicholas' which serves lovely food (try the Greek dish made with beef and red sauce). Our rooms were very large, and although basic... more

A lovely setting, situated perfectly. Right next to Canal D'amour and close to shops, and only a few minutes walk away from the tavernas and bars. A place for everyone, not too busy so doesn't get all the young party-goers, but still got plenty for those who want quiet days... more

Olga more like vulgar
We booked our holiday with Thomas Cook and were told that Kosmar were the leading Greek holiday specialist. Obviously this put us in good spirits leading up to our arival at the apartment. When we arrived we found that the apartment had not been cleaned so we were left standing for a while until a maid turned up telling us to go away and come back so she could 'clean' the apartment. After returning we found her 'cleaning' had consisted of running a mop over the floor, emptying the bin and changing the sheets. In general these were the problems that we found with the apartment: The maid came twice within a 7 day period only to empty the bin. There was no change of sheets or towels. The bathroom was basic and that is being generous with our praise. It was mouldy, the drains smelt of sewers and there was no shower curtain so water went everywhere. The air conditioning unit (once we paid an extra £30 for) dripped constantly and never gained the correct temperature. There is a problem with mosquitoes around the area and the wall in the apartment paid testament to this with the aray of squished mosquitoes on the wall. The final nail in our holiday coffin was that after using up our 2 rolls of toilet paper, we were told that they would not be providing any extra. Considering this holiday cost £300 per person, we expected the basic service which included general good housekeeping. We suggest pay a bit extra and go somewhere else in this resort, as the resort itself is very nice.
