Stayed at hotel for a week in March during which it was my birthday did not tell anybody at the hotel or tour company that I was celebrating my birthday but the hotel must have the info off my passport and so on my birthday we were treated to special dinner and champagne in the evening and during the day most of the staff at this large hotel wished me a happy birthday greeting ,so we were very impressed also all week every guest was very happy with the whole operation of this hotel from cleaning right through to the hotel director who was always in the restaurant at night to check guests were happy with everything Great Week...

Hotel has a brilliant location right next to a very good beach and only ten minutes walk from Balcon de Europa. The main area for nightlife Plazza Tutti Frutti is only 5 minutes walk. Also there are very god bars just opposite hotel.
The facilities in the hotel are what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Pool area very good and sun beds always available. The staff were very friendly and maid service excellent.
Only criticism was that the food although good was a bit plain, not particularly Spanish and seemed to cater exclusively for the many elderly repeat guests. Likewise entertainment was very cabaret. Therefore if younger would need to go to other bars.
For those who do not have children it is ideal, as it seems to be a hotel that mainly caters for adults and I would suggest not an ideal location for those with young families.
Booked a package with Thomson that worked out a lot cheaper than I could have arranged independently. In general service was good and excursions competively priced with local tour operators.

We found the staff to be extreemly friendly and helpful I accidently left my wallet on a seat in the bar. we reired to our room ,after about half an hour the phone rang the bar staff had found my wallet I went down and retrieved it intact
