stayed here in june 2008 there was 13 of us in our party was just in middle of referbishment but no distrubtion to our holiday, overall we thought staff were very helpfull and friendley also maids cleaned room every day,also pools were cleaned daily and they were never over... more

wow me & my partner loved this place,its just had a recent refurb so it was spotless,the rooms in florida are pretty basic but we go every year & no matter where you stay the all pretty much the same,as far as were concerened its just somewhere to sleep after a mad day... more

This hotel was horrible. The people were very rude.
The place was very damp. My granddaughter and my wife caught a chest infection.
The shuttle service was no good. You had to stay in the theme parks all day until the shuttle bus came to pick you up.
I will never be going to that hotel again.
