This Hotel is one of the best hotels in Tenerife. We got back on Friday after having a week’s stay and we enjoyed every minute.
We had a fourth floor room, which had a large balcony with small pool, sun loungers, patio chairs, table, and umbrella. The fourth floor has around 6 rooms with fantastic sea views.
There are two suites on this floor that had lounge areas.
You can sit in the bath on this floor and have fantastic sea views from the bathroom.
The staff at the resort were 1st class and the food at breakfast was endless.
We will return - I recommend this hotel - you will not be disappointed.

Spent a long weekend at this 5* hotel in Tenerife. It is part of the Mare Nostrum resort. The location of the hotel was great and we got to eat out and enjoy lots of nice restaurants.
The hotel itself was very good, the room was clean and big enough for us. Pool area was great and the staff were very friendly. We booked flights and hotel separately and think we paid a good price especially as it is a 5* hotel.
We will definately be going back but for longer next time.

Just come back from holiday, this was our first time in a hotel we could not fault any part of this holiday.
Weather was very hot, and hotel was fantastic, it was that good we are going back with all the family next year.
Every part of the hotel was spotless. Interior was of high standard and the staff were fantastic.
I will say one thing, take plenty of money with you the resort is full of designer gear.

Fantastic hotel the best we have ever been to going back every year from now on. One of the best hotels in tenerife.
A great selection for breakfast more than you could ever eat. Hot and Cold selection including champagne.
Lovely room overlooking the pool including mini bar and air conditioning but all rooms have either got pool or sea view.
All i can say is it was just fantastic! Somewhere everybody should stop.

Our fourth stay at the Cleopatra, we like it because it is central to beach shops bars and restaurants combined with a well appointed hotel and rooms.
We have a larger room on the 4th floor with a large balcony. Have room service breakfast in the sun every morning. All the staff are lovely and soon get to remember what your preferences are for breakfast.
Our favourite nearby restaurant is Picasso's (on sea front towards Los Cristianos). Always busy, again happy and helpful staff.

Booked this holiday because i know lots of friends that go to Tenerife. I was excited as i love travelling to new places. Got to say that as the coach drove up it looked great from the outside.
This excitement was short lived and I was disappointed from the moment I stepped through the doors. The room was not clean at all and I had to get the manager up to the room as the sheets were stained and not clean at all. After they changed them I noticed that although cleaner they were not the best and there was a cigarette burn in the corner of them.
We did try the food but to be truthful they were very expensive and after that I always ate out and bought cereal bars and jam and croissants for the room so that I had breakfast.
The resort is nice but I would not travel back to this hotel I’m afraid.

This is rated as a 5* hotel and is anything but. I have stayed in better 3* hotels! The hotel and resort themselves are nice and look impressive but the rooms are small, shabby and dated.
Our sheets had holes in them on most days. The shelf in the built-in wardrobe was made of conti-board and was sagging, split and disintegrating. The furniture is chipped and of poor quality. It boasts seven restaurants but only two are ever open at one time (one of which is always the buffet). We ate in the 'Italian' on the first night and the food was awful. The buffet was pretty good but fairly basic and not 5*. The hotel is on the beach but it's a public beach and so a free-for-all. The staff were very pleasant and the cleanliness of the hotel was good, but if you want 5* quality go elsewhere!
I left feeling VERY disappointed having spent all that money. We only booked a few weeks before Christmas and it's no wonder they had vacancies. No-one we met was a repeat visitor - they were all first-timers. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

I had a sea view room on the third floor, absolutely brilliant, classy bathroom, massive beds and wonderful views from the spacious balcony. The facilities in the lounge were great with a pianist every night, absolutely superb. Then you have the simply magnificent all marble swimming pools with free beds and towels. As for the breakfast, it was unbelievable; this would suit every nationality on earth, and plenty of it, no need for lunch after that. As for the staff, nothing is too much trouble, I am going back in December, and I can’t wait. Ten out of ten.

Just arrived back from the Cleopatra Palace Hotel, which is part of the 5 star Mare Nostrum Resort, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms very nice, facilities excellent, have full use of the other 5 hotels in the resort, would highly recommend.
Only ate breakfast in the Cleopatra Palace Hotel, which was again excellent set you up for the day, never needed any lunch.
Found an amazing reataurant called Golden Hands which served fantastic food International Cusine ate there 3 times, also the Molino Blanco restuarant came Highly recommended but was awfull so be aware.
For fish lovers the best retaurant is the Pisces which is in Caleta very expensivbe but worth it.
