Esplai Hotel Calella is situated at 250 meters from the beach and 350 meters from the old village part, into the tourist area from Calella. All the rooms have terrace. The restaurant area, reception and bar are air-conditioned and the buffet service is available in both national and international cuisine. The hotel has a wide salon with billiard facilities and a TV area. It also has two bars, one of them within the swimming pool and snack service, two swimming pools with jacuzzi for adults and children, rounded for a big terrace with trees and gardens as well entertainment programs for adults and children.

We have been to many different resorts in Spain as we have 4 children and need to find one that they enjoy as well as us, and the Esplai has been the best one so far.

We went towards the end of season and so the resort was quite quiet. Although the hotel Esplai was fully booked it wasn't full of young idiots. So we were able to enjoy ourselves.

Very nice and clean hotel. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep though as you would expect from a large hotel where everyone’s out partying.
