Hotel Description:

The Kalimera Mare Hotel is a brand-new complex (built in 2001-2002) and is set only a few metres from the seashore, 4 km from Kardamena in a beautiful area of the island. In total the Kalimera Mare Hotel consists of 61 rooms distributed between the main building - Diagoras and 5 smaller buildings - Aretusa, Ikaros, Aspasia, Ismini and Pergola. Our guests can enjoy doing a variety of sports that are organized in the Akti Kalimera Club hotel (which belongs to the hotel group). There is also a swimming pool for adults, slide swimming pool for children, organized beach where the umbrellas and the sun beds are free for the hotel guests, fitness center - Achilleas and electronic games.

As two friends we booked this hotel as part of a last minute deal to go somewhere that was both relaxed but with plenty to do. Overall we were very happy. I wont waffle but just give you the facts to see if this hotel is for you.

But one thing we did not like was the food, it was terrible. It was the same food every day. They would just change the sauce.
