Yes they are basic, as are a lot of places in Benidorm.
I paid a cheap price and got a cheap place.
I cant believe some people's comments because you can allways pay more and stay somewhere else. If you are going to be picky PAY THE EXTRA!

Where do I start, I asked for a mid height room as mum is 74, with foot problems and likes to stay on the balcony a few afternoons. FLOOR 20 is not mid way. The lifts constantly broke down, so the worry of not getting her out or back up was constant from the start. Watch... more

I would not recommend this apart/hotel to any body I found the apartments were dirty the decor was dated there was no ventilation the whole place had a constant odour of cigarette smoke which I found offensive. The kettle, toaster were in need of replacement. The maid... more
