hotel was good staff were friendly and helpfull the all inclusive is well almost all inclusive you have to pay for safe and air conditioning cots slush puppies .didnt have to pay for sunbeds unless we were just lucky. food was fantastic, room was very spacious and clean... more

four of us have just returned from flamingo playa never again would we go back there we arrived to be told we were on 15th floor when we asked to be on bottom 3 floors because of walking problems lifts were very slow and no air con in them rooms very clean but only change... more

we have just returned from a holiday at the flamingo playa hotel excellent very clean but lifts are very slow and the hotel is very noisy holiday makers partying til 5 in morning

Just got back from flamingo. Hotel bar staff very ignorant never seen any of them smiling the whole week we was there, also heard alot of other people complaining about them. Hotel maids came in once the whole time we was there which meant we had too rinse the towels... more

we have just got back . never again will i go to these apts , the whole fortnight we was there our bed linen was changed once and the towels 3 times . and thats cause we threaten to dump smelly bed linen on reception desk . the air con leak water right bad , the only good... more

we have not long come back from benidorm i have being to these apartments before this time we took our 2 year old daughter and even though she couldnt go in the kids club we went to the beach allday the hotel has had some changes since we last went and the lifts do break... more

We in the past had alreay been in the Flamingo Playa a number of times and loved it. It was a surprise to go back to find out it was independently owned and no longer owned by Thomson - however they are still tour operators for the hotel. The hotel is clean and spacious... more
