Omg if I could the staff from Holiday4u I would lock them up for a week and they would not send families into this h*** hole stag nights hen nights starting from early morning drinking round the pool and in the pool no concern for other people the bar staff was the same the elderly man behind the bar was so rude it was shocking the would throw a loaf down in the morning cheese and ham it would be there all day there was boiled eggs out for three days made complaint after complaint shrugged there shoulders to you could not care less stag nights running about corridors all night banging doors smashing rooms up police never away from the place advice keep clear from this place. my nieces and nephews where very shaking up after there was a few muggings with people going to the sister apartments to get food, how terrible is it that they even go and get an ice-cream in broad daylight. THe bar staff where some of the rudest people i have ever came across in my life. i seriously felt that their faces where made of stone as they never cracked a smile once for the entire holiday!! bar staff would also leave you waiting forever to get served especially because they new you where all inclusive!! Theres also another pool round the front we asked this to be opened SEVERAL times dew to drunks being round the pool 24/7. You couldn't even get a moment to yourselves round the pool as there would be stag do's constantly doing cannon balls and dives into the pool. we even had to ask the MANAGER especially to have the pool area cleaned. The staff where not qualified to work with any type of food meat especially they would have a BBQ daily. there was one day when my uncle got a burger and it was pink inside, for the next three days he was in his room constantly vomiting from suspected food poisoning. the part of the holiday i enjoyed was the company and going out at night.

Rooms were basic but comfortable
Pool was small, deep all across but had very small childrens pool
Not enough sunbeds, people put towels on early
Entertainment was not bad
Food was ok-not for fussy eaters though.
First all inclusive, expected more for all inclusive, needed nore on menu for night time snack, didnt try dinners but breakfast and tea was good.
I enjoyed myself as i was with a group of friends, holiday was good, you get what you pay for, i would say this was a basic two star hotel for adults, not children.

- lifts were slow.
- air con, you had to pay for and leaked every where causing a flood in the apartment.
- noise levels were unbarable.
- staff were rude.
- pool was small.
- uncomfortable beds.
- had to pay a deposit for everything you used.

Just returned from flamingo playa appartments. On arrival my sister had her bag stolen with all her money and passport stolen could have ruined our holiday but the reception staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The appartment was clean and the food was plentiful, varied and fresh. First time we have done an all inclusive and couldn't fault it. There were families and groups of hens and stags especially round the pool but everyone got on well. Would stay there again. Was a bit nervous about booking when read the negative reviews but after staying there I realised you can't please everyone. The entertainment that we saw was good too and seemed to cater for all ages.

From start to finish this apartment and sister hotels were great, I went with four other girls for a girlie weekend we were looked after nothing was to much trouble, rooms were clean food was fabulous and we had a vegetarian in our group it catered for her, would go again tomorrow and i also recommend going all inclusive it was great value for money.

had a fantastic time at this hotel, food was superb, rooms were clean, staff very friendly.

Just returned from this supposedly all inclusive hotel-beware the hidden charges-ie 1 euro per hour for t.v in bedroom!even self catering at pontins gives this! food was bearable and room serviced daily although the weather in benidorm was very cold all week and the rooms are only heated for few hours in night and then still very cold.they also turn the lights out on stairs after dark!entertainment is at best pathetic daytime and night so most of the time we went out thus making the all inclusive option a waste of money.loads of stag,hen and rugby parties drinking and making lots of noise all day(and night)The thomas cook rep was no use at all!

the five ov us have just returned [all girls] from our stay in these appartments on arrival we wernt that impressed but when we got up to the room we were pleasantly suprised it was spotlessly clean spacious and bright we were all inclusive and had to eat and drink at the sister hotel next door the food was edible although very english [chicken nuggets pie and chips etc] the drinks were very large measures and the bar staff very jolly and friendly as were the reception staff its about a 10 minit walk to the beautiful lavante beach and the lively strip where we partied till 6am plenty of shops and lovely beach bars on the promenade funny thing its just like the program Benidorm as there are loads of mobility scooters it seems scooters are the new legs we had fantastic weather overall we had an amazing time and will be returning next year its our new october destination hope u enjoy it as much as we did

I Have just returned from a long weekend stay with friends from this (Hotel) Ha ! Apartments more like, I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy, we didnt see a cleaner at all. no towel change, how can you be expected to share a room with 3-4 ppl & use the same towels which consisted of 2 bath towels & 2 small towels for 4 adults ? for 4 days ? absolutly discusting, no toilet roll left or replaced. When we arrived we were told we couldn't get into out rooms til after 2pm so we had to change in the luggage room. To get all inclusive we had to go to the hotel down the road which is just a joke, the hotel was nice enough dont get me wrong, but we would have prefered to stay there to be honest, than trail down to it everytime we wanted a drink or something to eat or just to sit at a decent pool that we didnt need to pay for a sunbed at. Im not a snob but these apartments were the "Pitts" & we all agreed & felt the same that we would never ever go back to it again, as for Benidorm its great, just make sure you get a decent hotel before you go.

came back from the flamingo playa on 18-07-09, went with mum dad brother and boyfriend, arrived there to find we was on the 14th floor but had requested a low floor with a 3 year old child, got moved the next morning to the 2nd floor which was better but the room was terrible, the bathroom door didn close or lock, neither did the bedroom door, and the apartment door had no handle on the inside, had to pay 3euros a day for air con but had to switch it off as it leaked water that much, told the staff downstairs 3 times and it wasnt fixed until the day before we came home, even had to pay to wath the TV, the hygene in the hotel to me was terrible aswell we didnt get any clean towels or bedding, well the cleaners didnt even come in our room, told the receptionist aboutit and they sent the cleaner up again the day before we was going, which was discusting, in the room there was 5 of us staying and all there was is 2 single beds in the bedroom and 2 single bed sofas in the living area not bed for the 3 year old. the lifts were extremely slow, couldnt get to sleep each night as of banging pots and pans and screaming people on the above floors,had to eat and use your all inclusive band in the hotel around 100mtrs away which wasnt too bad , the food was beautiful always a theme night aswell as normal food so couldnt complain about that there was a swimming pol in the hotel where we ate but that was far to deep and busy, so usedthe pool at the flamingo apartments, the floor around the pool at the falimingo playa was extremely slippy and many people fell andhurt themselves, lots of hen partys an d stag partys but they didnt cause any trouble, would recomend this hotel to stag and hen partys.
