worst hotel i have ever stayed in from stevebear
This hotel is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. On arrival i was given a room that was not cleaned out. They did however give me another room which was not much better but cleaner. The food was disgusting, the hot food was cold i ended up with food poisening. This hotel had students staying in it and the noise was terriable and doors being kicked in security did nothing. You where not to smoke in the dinening room but low and behold the owners smoked all the time when their food. After three days of hell i booked myself into the hotel... more

We would like that the user from Trip Advisor can read also our opinion: This person came to reception on the 3rd day of her stay and informed us, that she had to share a room with a man, and she couldn’t sleep at night, because she was a married woman. We showed her the reservation we received from the agency and also the hotel voucher, where clearly was booked a twin room. The client told us, that the other person of the room had booked two single rooms and we informed her, that she should talk with her agency and if they had made a mistake, they would have to arrange something. We also asked the other client from that room, what kind of reservation he made, and he confirmed that he had booked a twin room. The person informed us, that she would not be able to sleep another night in the same room as the other person, and asked us for a single room, which was not possible, because we were fully booked. So she went to the hotel in front, and she informed us, that she still would like to use the All Inclusive she had booked. We naturally agreed. So we don’t understand that she now is complaining about the food.

We booked a 5 night stay all inclusive and on arrival were impressed with the look of the hotel and the rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. We went down for a drink to be given the choice of approx 5 different spirits, wine, tea, but the only coffee we were allowed was disgusting. We were told if we wanted coffee from the machine it was 1.60 Euros and we would need to pay for it,. this hotel was full of germans the staff were very rude and un helpful. this hotel is not for us brits as the food was a nightmare not enough choice and very cold. however we did manage to move to the sunrise hotel right in the town very nice. the air con didnt work had to pay for drink at dinner even though we were all inclusive. bad hotel never go there you will hate it...

On reading all other reviews of this hotel we actually decided not to stay in this hotel but due to a mix up with the travel company we arrived in Spain and our booking had not been changed. As it was late at night we decided to accept the room at the hotel Eugenia which was preferable to walking the streets all night. Booked a short getaway with 2 of my friends through Sun 4 U holidays as All Inclusive 4 *....................... Upon arrival it became apparent that the hotel does not normally accomodate English Residents as the staff did not speak the language!! All Inclusive was not All Inclusive - only the very cheap spirits were included and you had to buy your drinks at Meal Times!! I have just got back from this disgusting cesspit of a hotel which is most definately NOT a 4 star. It isn't even a hotel; more like a hostel. As soon as we got there there was a bunch of arrogant German teens hanging from the balconies shouting and acting despicably. We were given a room on the back side of the hotel as were all of the Brits which overlooked a homeless guys shack approx 50m away on the hillside. The Germans however enjoyed pool views, nice eh! we stayed in this hotel in june 08 it is definately not a 4 star hotel the food was always cold , the bedrooms were very basic and if your english you had a side view room as the germans got priority over the pool view rooms. in fact germans and russians got priority over everything our room had a shower over the bath that was broken , the taps kept on falling off but it wasnt worth complaining as they never took much notice of you although they were friendly enough we got the impression it was the first time they done all inclusive as they... more

Firstly when we got there, we checked in and a woman with short dark hair seemed very snotty. Anyway so we threw our bags in our room and ran to the bar before the all inclusive drinks had finished (12pm) we got there at 11.58 and they WOULD NOT serve us. Even though we had a 3-5 hr journey. If you locked the doors (you can lock twice) in the morning the maids would bang the doors trying to unlock it for about a min - 2mins. so annoying!
