Just got back from a weeks stay at the Sentido resort & would say it is a 3 star & not a 4 star as advertised.
The hotel bars & lobby was very nice with very nice bar staff.
My room with sea view was very dirty we had sand in the bed, sand on the floor, mould on the bathroom walls, the towels were never replaced always hung back up after we left them for replacement.
If you dont like planes flying level with your bedroom window all day & night this hotel is not for you.
It has very nice clean gardens & clean pools.
Corfu airport is a dump. It cost me 20 euro for taxi to the hotel which was cheaper then the transfer charge.

Just come back from a weeks holiday. Hotel photos are just like the resort not all disappointed. Friendly efficent staff, room nice and clean everyday. Food was excellent they had themed food nights. you can booked to go to the A La Carte resturant which was also lovely.Nice private beach close to bar for all day refreshments. Cocktails all day if you wanted. Family entertainement only which my son loved. Excellent kids club 10-12 3-5 different activites every day Sunday no entetainment or kids club.
Lovely infinity pool. Bus to Corfe Town every 20 minutes.
Would definatley go again and reccommend to a friend and have done so already.

We've just returned from our holiday yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed our week in this hotel.
The food is amazing, i have been to many all inclusive hotels and the food here is by far the best. My daughter who is a picky eater on holiday ate big meals 3 times a day and managed 2 puddings every night! My daughter loved the ice cream and there was loads of different flavours, my only gripe is that adults can't have it, its only for kids.
Lots of diffent drinks to choose from the bars and we didn't mind queing for 5 mins or paying for bottled water ( most all inclusive charge for this anyway ).
Animation team where fantastic with kids and adults, lots of things going on throughout the day. Entertainment at night was good, all the younger kids enjoyed the mini disco and then everyone enjoyed the shows that start after.
The large pool was fantastic, the veiws from the pool where stunning.
Yes it is very hilly walking around the hotel, can be hard work when its very hot but at least it burns off some of the food you have eaten.
The rooms are very basic, but to me it didn't matter as we only slept in there and showered. The rooms where very clean.
The hotel is in a quiet spot, but buses run during the day to many different villages and corfu town. We enjoyed a walk to Benitese, just be carefull of the traffic as hardly any pavements along the road.
I'd of given this hotel a 5* rating, but the rooms did let it down. Also our transferes to the airport was picking us up at 3.20am and we had to walk down with our suitcases to meet the bus, In the dark with 9yr old who was so tired she could hardley keep her eyes open. I thought the same mini bus that picked us up on arrival would of done the same our departure.

The hotel is clean and tidy with the private beach and the pool on the hillside in between the various apartment/hotel room blocks. Main hotel real comfy and has nice seating areas. The Reception staff are really helpful.
Food was good, although sometimes the hot service was a little repetitive and had a quirky interpretation on 'English' theme night (various themes throughout our say), with fish fingers and voulas-vons, made us smile!
Entertainment I think is in high season only with the Animation Team taking the kids and keeping them occupied for the day. The water polo in the pool at 15:00 was great, and entertained both us and also the on-lookers round the pool.
The air con is an absolute must to help sleep, although the bed tries to stop that as it was a little firm to say the least!
All-in-all this was just what we expected and the walk up to our room helped keep the weight gain down from all the food &alcohol consumed as part of our all inclusive!

Hotel was great and very modern with beautiful views overlooking the sea.
Entertainment was reasonable and the food and drink was good with a variety of choice.
The pools were lovely especially the one overlooking the sea and the beach was great too with the option of volleyball, pedelo’s, canoes etc. There is a lot of walking involved in this hotel it is all uphill!
Our room was unclean, damp & some days it wasn’t cleaned at all. We didn’t have all the facilities it was supposed to offer i.e. tea & coffee facilities, soap etc.
Although other rooms were modern, clean and had all facilities they were supposed to.
We received our welcome pack on the last day which was slightly annoying as we had to find out everything for ourselves as the hotel staff did not explain anything to us.
The staff were often unhelpful and even rude i.e. when we told them we had no hot water on the first day which they said they would sort out the next day. We had to complain four times for them to eventually sort it out.
You cannot safely walk anywhere outside the hotel as the roads are windy and there are no paths.
Although you can catch a bus to Corfu town outside the hotel for about 2euros, and there is a moped, quad bike and car hire also just outside the hotel.
The hotel is about 15minutes from the airport and about 20minutes from Corfu town which is definitely worth a visit.

07 October 2010Arrived almost a day late due to to storm but credit to Easyjet who got coaches and top class hotel organised for a night in Athens. Transfers were straightforward at Corfu airport and took only 10 mins or so on coach from Airport. Check in smooth, its a bit of a walk to most rooms as there are many blocks set into hillside, there is a very friendly curtesy minibus if you need a lift, but be aware if you have real walking difficulties there are some steep hills. Room was basic but more than adequate and comfortable, very clean with TV A/C etc. We were in what appeared to be family room for the two of us so plenty of space. Double then seperate two singles through sliding doors. nice terrace with front and side sea views, slightly obscured by trees but lovely. Food of top quality for this level of hotel, have stayed in quite a few AI places and this was best 4star AI in greece we have found so far, wine and beer on tap was of decent enough standard. Nice atmosphere in dining room great views through picture windows. Usual serve yourself but good choice, the waiters are efficient without being too fussy (Costas was great, always looked after us). Entertainment team were friendly again without being too pushy, what we saw was OK. What we really liked was you could have a dance after the entertainment finished as the DJ carried on, so many places we've been to dont offer this. Although the AI drinks finish at 11pm so dont miss last orders! reasonable choice of drinks including cocktails. Pools looked OK but spent most time at the private beach reached via tunnel under coast road, Narrow but attractive, almost always plenty of sunbeds available, snacks and beach bar toilets and changing, The swimming is Fab, water lovely but watch your feet, recommend swim shoes as quite pebbly close to shore (about 6 Euros at the supermarkets) Definitely recommend snorkling if you can plenty fish, octopus etc. So very few negatives, you cant really walk anywhere from hotel the pavements end about 400m each way and the road/drivers leave a bit to be desired, however bus stop right at hotel entrance and Corfu town 20mins 1.3euro each way (buy ticket at supermarket before you get on and from machine at bus stop for return) Corfu town well worth visit also Benitses 5 mins 0.9euro each way for an evening stroll (go up the back road signed as the old town) also small harbour here too. Check out 12.00 but you werent stripped of AI band like most places which was great as we were flying late evening. No clean towels in courtesy room and no system for reserving this or booking a time just had to hang round reception for key to be available(could be better organised. All in all great value and amazingly relaxing for such a large number of rooms at this hotel, low and mid season no doubt best times to visit and we would be happy to return to the Aeolos Beach.
