Just returned from a weeks holiday MAY 06. I looked at Trip Advisors reports on this holiday before booking this with Direct Holidays. The Hotel & staff are First class, however I would not advise a stay in May or October as the quality of the food doesn't even warrant a 2 star rating. Myself, my husband, my sister in law (all in our 40's!) and my teenage daughter stayed at this wonderful hotel for two weeks. It was spotless, well run and the food was delicious! The staff were very helpful especially in the diningroom. Our table was reserved every day for breakfast and evening meal. The food is super and plentiful. The staff friendly and helpful. Hotel : clean and run very efficiently with 3 pools (very cold though and not used by many as a result). My mother and I have just returned from a 7 night holiday at the hotel Almirante Farragut. The hotel, in a quieter area of Cala’n Forcat, is very well positioned on a headland with a few restaurants, shops and cafes on the doorstep. The centre is a little further along but no more than a 10 minute walk. The area is very flat for those with walking difficulties. My dad and I stayed at this hotel for a week in September (in fact I just got home a few days ago). I have to say that I was extremely pleased with the place.
