The hotel is very clean and friendly staff make the hotel seem homely, with great views if you book sea view, cliff facing means what it says with the cliff in your face when sat on your balcony. The food is more like school dinners. The evening menu consists of four choices of starter, main and sweet. The pool is large but the cliff shades the pool area for most of the day which when you have to pay an extra 5 euros for each sunbed leaves a sour taste. Bar prices and hidden extras are expensive but Sorrento is a short walk with plenty of bars and shops. Overall the hotel was not worth the money we paid because of the food and extras we had to pay for things you would expect as standard in a 4 star hotel.
