Came back 2 days ago, all we want to do is turn round and go back!! We were a bit worried going because of the reports and also the other hotels we have been to in Egypt have been 5+** but as soon as we got there we knew we had found the right place!!
The staff were fantastic to myself & hubby for 2 weeks, bar staff, waiters and pool boy did everything for us and more, a particular thanks to Basher and Achmed who made our holiday (they were fantastic)
We loved the food and dont understand what other reports were complaining about, it was always different, always tasty and always plenty of it.
The only minor hiccup is we feel all inclusive bar should stay open to midnight & tea & coffee should stay open from breakfast.
The quad biking is a must!! That is unbelievable!!
A big thank you to everyone there and we will be back there next year if not before!
Sue & Dave
NOT as bad as made out in reviews

I have to say after reading the reviews i was a little nervous on what i would find when i arrived. I really shouldn't have been. The hotel is lovely and clean the rooms although fairly basic are immaculately clean. The cleaner is amazingly friendly and very effecient.
All of the staff were wonderful very polite especially towards my 3 year old daughter. Who was ceratinly centre of attention. The food is plentiful and as long as your prepared to try local dishes is actually nice. For those who go abroad but only want english food the chef cooking on the outside bar does very good fried eggs or omellete for breakfast and there is always chips and burger, sausage or chicken to accompany it. The people who generally comment on how bad the food is are those who are unwilling to try anything knew maybe they should stay in europe or better still the uk.
The bar staff were the only downside. They could be ignorant and very slow certain staff however were great even bringing drinks over to where you were sat and making the effort to come round and asking when you needed a refill. We were never limited to the number of drinks we could get per person. Yes the all inclusive is limited and you pay after 11pm but the prices were in keeping with other bars in the area.
The pools were kept clean although a little on the cold side but once you were in you don't realise.
The childrens play area needs a little attention and isn't really suitable for younger children.
The taxi service they operate is first class and are cheap to use. They also give you a personal mobile number to call them back when you want picking up.
A trip to sharks bay is a must for any snorkelling fan.
All in all not a terrible hotel to stay in and for the price of all inclusinve you can't really go wrong.

We had a fantastic time in egypt and would go back in a heartbeat, we stayed in falcon hills and thought it was exceptable considering it is a third world country. the bar staff where ignorant and when on the odd occassion they smiled we asked if they had wind....they did treat paying residents differently, the food was mostly ok nothing to shout about but outside the bbq, and the chef cooked by the bar was much better. the cleaning staff where fantastic they always left us a sculpture as we did on their arrival in the morning, ... with the towels, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves being from liverpool we made our holiday and others enjoyable and full of laughter, sue and keith if your out there.. .HELLO....
windy beach is a free beach you just need to get a ticket from reception , adel on the beach offers facials and threading....highly recommended still no growth lol if ya see him tell him angie and chris from liverpool said hello, he was gorgeous. the submarine is a waste of money dont go on it,
the excursions were fantastic, you must go dune buggying in the desert. you will get kfc for ya dinner...... how bizarre... but most enjoyable, we went to cairo on the coach not a nice trip but when you got there you forgot,...the pyramids were orsome and tuttys tomb well, we will never forget that experience. the water park.. cleo park... was a fantastic day out, and the beduin night was fun too, the camel ride was hilarious....the only upsetting thing there was driving in the desert past the dead camels on the side ....natures way i suppose. the boat trip was a good day out to and the food on the boat was the best we had all of our holiday. namma bay was our favourite place and when we go back we will be stayin there much more lively and busier, the shopping experience is a laugh dont take to seriously , just be firm and polite say no thank you and they will leave you alone. before we went we heard lots of horror storys about getting locked in shops and being hasseled but we never came across any of this.... god help them if they had.....
overall, we had an absolute ball its what you make of it yourself that counts ....after all its a base and you are free to go out on a daily basis as we did.
take a plug in for the mosquitos in your room and some alchol gel for your hands.
we did get a sore belly but nothing we couldn handle and it didnt really stop us from doing anything .... just stay away from the water, rice and seafood. and have a lovely holiday

this has to be the worst hotel i ever stayed in. the staff were so ignorant and very unhelpful. the only happy staff member was the cleaner.
the food was very bad there prices were quoted as inclusive of taxes and service!!
but that was NOT the case. the menu prices were NOT either by the time you got ur bill you were paying twice the amount you taugh it was actually going to be, from all the menus that were on the tables or in your room. and when you complained they.d pull this so-called menu out, which was kept behind the bar the only one in the place. and not on the tables for guests to see! disgraceful carry on.
they also never had or wanted to give you back your change whenever you went to the bar. they would always say that the change is put onto your room, but then when you went up to the reception they couldnt remember anything and would start trying to tell you that you actually owe them money.
you need to keep your wits about you in this place. the most stressful holiday anyone could ever have. i spoke to some other guests too and they all felt very harressed in this place. i would also recommend if your a girl travelling on your own or just a group of girls stay away from this place.its not all storys and its not all lies either.
this was not my first time in egypt either, i stayed in the 4star makadi bay resort. and let me tel you they never ever once treated guests badly it was a real paradise, but the falcon hills changed me totally i will never put up with this crap ever again.
I HOPE FALCON AND FIRST CHOICE SEE THIS AS I DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE SELLING THIS PLACE TO PEOPLE PAYING HARD EARNED MONEY FOR CRAP!! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Me and my Boyfriend went to Egypt for the first time, we met my family out there who had also gone on holiday, they had gone for 2 weeks but we were going for just a week, there was 9 of us all together.
We arrived at the falcon viva very late on saturday night but little did i no that this was not the hotel my family was in they were at the sister hotel falcon hills, i contacted my mum to see where she was, she told me not to worry as they were going to transfer us to there hotel on the monday, which was fine as we were told that he could use the both the hotels as if they were one.
The following morning we went down to reception to get our all inclusive bands but the man at the reception desk told us that we were only booked in for bed and breakfast, my partner went back to the room to get our booking details and came back to the reception desk, it clearly stated on there that we were all inclusive but the man still refused to give us our bands so i asked him to get the Wings holiday rep he told me that it was his day off. (GREAT)
after much arguing and waiting around we finally managed to get the wings rep in to sort it all out we did not get out all inclusive band till 5 o'clock(this had been going on since 8 O'clock) so we had wasted nearly all our first day fighting for what was our in the fist place we had no food or drinks all day not even water, to be honest it was not the hotels fault it was Wings.
Once we had our bands we went over to the falcon hills to meet up with my family and tried to get our first drink of the holiday, we were told that we could not has any fod or drink as we were not staying at this hotel, so we could not even have a drink with my family. in the end we was getting them to go up and get them for us.
On the monday when we were finally moved to the falcon hills it was very nice the hotel was smaller then the viva but it was clean and everyone smiled except the bar staff one was really nice to me and my twin sister until he met my boyfriend then he completely ingnored us when we went to the bar and made going to the bar (for me anyway)for uncomfortable.
the bar staff new that there was nine of us but when we sent two people to the bar they wouls only give them one drink each and in my opinion they ere very rude.
I cant fault the rest of the holiday Eygpt is a very beautiful place and i would go back 2mo if i could but i would not go back to this hotel.

After reading all the reviews i was a little reluctant to say the least. I was travelling with 3 other girls and we were worried about the unwanted male attention and the general state of the hotel. All i can say is don't be.
The hotel was very clean and tidy, staff were friendly and food was nice and well presented.
The egyptian people are nicest people you could wish to meet ,and cannot do enough for you.
A special mention to Youseff bar/waiting staff he is a real gentleman.
Would I go back........Yes!!

There's been a lot of bad reviews about the Falcon Hills. |'ve no complaints. The food was ok, not brilliant but as expected.(Typical British, continental and Egyptian cuisine, was suprised to see Shepherds Pie one night, which was actually quite nice. BTW if you are not used to Egyptian food, its a tad different but very good when u get used to it)
The staff were very friendly, no problems with drinks, even out of hours. You just have to be polite and friendly to them. I even had a member of the bar staff knocking on my door with a few large vodka and lemonades at 9 in the morning to get me up ;-) (free of course) On my last day I was only paid up until 12midday for AI (left hotel 20.00pm) but the staff still allowed to me get drinks and food without charging me.
The staff on the desk will arrange trips at a fraction of the cost of ones done by Thomsons (Tui) etc, same trips and just as good if not better.
The rooms are basic but very clean.
If you can't get the minibus at times you want, the taxis outside the hotel (and their sister hotel opposite) will take you very cheaply and pick u up when you call them.

what a fantastic holiday!
My girlfriend and I were slightly aprehensive after some of the reviews on here but we were both pleasantly suprised by the level of service by all of the staff! Even though it was ramadan they always had a smile on their face and willing to help! A special mention for Mohammed and Ahmed, who went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable!
Personally i enjoyed lunch and dinner and thought it was excellent value for money!
All inclusive runs from 11am-11pm which does mean you don't get free water with your breakfast but i'm sure 25p for a bottle will break the bank!
for anyone who is visiting the hotel, please keep an open mind as some of these reviews seem to be written by snobbish people who have paid for a 3* but expect the Hilton! Basicaly, you get what you pay for!!!!
All in all i had a great time and would definitely go back!

We were apprehensive about what we'd booked after reading the reviews. Overall it was a mixed bag.
The room was clean but basic, our shower never ran hotter than the pool water whilst next door where my 3 daughters stayed ran scolding hot. The cleaners were polite and more often than not we came back to our room to find towel sculptures, swans, crocodile, boat and love hearts covered in petals.
The pool was warm and clean, although it was a daily gruel to get a sunbed but no different from anywhere else I've been.
The food was beyond a joke, breakfast was either a choice of mash potato and mini sausage in a garlicky tomato sauce, a range of stale cakes, crossiants or as we did every day egg fried or omeletted. Dont eat the bread this is left out and the local birds swarm over it!! Lunch: a range of inedible concoctions or burger and chips.....everyday. If you were lucky you got more than 12 chips. Dinner was slightly better, there was normally something a little more palatable (tomato pasta) but generally it filled a hole, dont think any of us ate and said that was lovely!
The bar staff were incredibly rude!! Not nice people at all. My partner ended up complaining on a couple of occassions. All inclusive guest are treated with distain by them. They'll try the damnest to ignore you.
2 of my daughter age 21 and 17 were constantly ogled at by the staff, they over step the mark and became over familar to stage that the girls were made to feel extremely umcomfortable, again my partner had to complain to alleviate this.
On the plus side.. special mention has to go to Atia, he was approachable and sociable, he worked his butt off trying to make the guests stay more enjoyable. The reception staff were pleasant and the dive centre on site were great. We went on 2 excursions and had a great time on both. Well worth the money.
So if your tempted to book, I'd say great as a base, dont go all inclusive and dont expect much. You've been warned!

My husband and i booked this holiday 8 months before we travelled it was our first holiday without the kids so we were really looking forward to it. We had read some of the reviews before we travelled and were both a little apprihensive as to what to expect .But on our arrival which was at 02.00 we were greeted at reception by a friendly memeber of staff and shown to our room by a very nice porter who was a cleaner and odd job man and everything else these guys just dont stop working. Our room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We went all inclusive. The food was plentiful and always a choice some nights there was a bbq and on a sunday they served roast beef. The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Even those you didnt tip !!!Special mention to Ahmed After a small tip at the begining of our holiday it was like having our own personal butler, also Mafassa the pool boy who always put our towels out for us in the morning . the pools were always clean and the hotel was imacculatly clean. we had the best holiday of our lives and have already booked for next year.We met some wonderful people and did some fantastic excursions. this hotel is a 3/4 star hotel in eygpt not a 5 star in london. This hotel is a quiet hotel ideal for couples of all ages. Even BOB !! had a great time !!!

I agree with Mr Dehghan and Mrs A n other, ive no idea what hotel miss c wootton was in but it certain doesnt sound at all like the Falcon Hills Hotel.
1) Food - mostly uncooked, bread products sometimes stale, soft rolls mixed in with old hard stale ones Bread very stale first thing in the morning at breakfast time. No variety, scrag ends (the cheapest bits of scraps all thrown together ) and with different strong flavoured foods like onions, and some spices or plenty of salt to try and cover it up.
Food served all inclusive is completely different to the food you pay for on room service. I saw a burger being delivered to a lady she was paying and it looked quite decent, thick well presented, burgers they served all inclusive where generally burnt around the outside but very pink in the middle. I also ordered a sandwich off room service - the roll was soft and plain as it should have been and the tuna was great, all made fresh. brilliant room service
No variety, very little western food !!
myself and my partner, another couple we met and many other people were very ill, and had to start eating out of the hotel.
A friend almost had to be put on a drip, the resident doctor wanted £180 sterling for this. we found out later when hearing somebody else complain you could haggle the doctor down on his prices!!
A lady we met was diabetic, had a diabetic turn her husband went to get her some food to bring her back to normal, staff wouldnt give him anything even though he explained clearly why he needed food. it was only at the end of our stay that we saw the top food and bev manager that he offered this service to the lady was was due to leave 2 days later !! waste of time.
All Inclusive DRINKS !!
All alcholic drinks local brands. not nice - can choose from Vodka, Rum, Whisky, Brandy, White Wine and Red wine. Wine was like the really cheap horrible tasting stuff. Vodka was ok. But was too ill to drink, not a drinker so didnt really both me but it shouldnt have been that way
Not much choice and there wasnt any international branded alcoholic drinks that you could even buy. soft drinks were included - coke very syrupy and fanta. sprite nice. Tea awful, coffee when avaliable usually hanging around and staff arent keen on making you a fresh cup of coffee. When they say they serve orange juice at breakfast time they mean cordial - tastes like orange, lemon and pinapple cordial. No water avaliable at breakfast time unless you pay. or order extra bottles while in the all inclusive time and take back to your room and put in the fridge if yours works - ours did very well. We had quite a stash built up so had bottled water when ever we liked, and had enough to brush our teeth with as the water was like a brownish colour
Staff - very friendly can not fault them at all (except the one who joined the bar staff at the hills from the viva sharm - youseff - very rude and arrogant - soon quietened down when the F&B manager punched him after our complaint and a guests threat to knock him from the bar to the pool for his attitude. Youseff upset quite a few people that night.
yea i understand they work long hours etc etc but at the end of the day they have a job to do and a service to provide, we pay their wages if they really cant manage politeness they are in the wrong job. We had been out all evening, and most of the day so hadnt been any burden to him.
F&B manager is full of crap, not interested in what your saying or sorting the problem out, just trys to get you NOT to complain. like telling you that your are ill because of the weather etc. Certainly not the weather have been to Tunisia when it was hotter , personally like the heat, am used to to it.
Food - the Food and beverages manager admitted he has known for a couple of months that there has been a problem with the food. First choice rep also admitted to us at the site that he was aware of a problem with the food and that they are waiting for an english chef to arrive to help them with western food.
Rooms - we had a room around the back.608 1 window facing a fence which often had football kick around going on the other side late at night until about (1am) No balcony and no bathtub as advertised. We saw the room our friends had which was much smarter in a apperance room 243 had room a coffee table and chairs which our room 608 didnt have, they had a bath tub and balcony and a lovely room.
Olympic rep - SAYED laughed in our faces and did not take us at all seriously when we went to him with a problem. Instead of him going and sorting the problem out on our behalf ( as you would expect a representative to do) he simple babbled on in arabic to staff whilst sat with us, eventually he got the under manager for F&B who brought a chef, we had to explain and sort the problem out ourselves. This resulted in us being talked to infront of anybody and everybody, being singled out, made out to be the only ones complaining, we also had quite a frosty reception after this by some of the staff the next day.
Trip to ride camel and see bedouin people organised with olympic rep. we went by coach for the first part of the journey until past the check point on the road then transfered to a mini-bus when we got on the coach sat in the front seat was an armed police man partically sat on a machine gun - quite scary when you are not expecting this and have not experienced this before. Turned out it was for our protection, the older eygption people want sharm back as desert instead of a tourist resort, so they are on their guard for trouble.
Camels were in very poor condition, looked under-fed, mis treated. there was a camel who was quite thin and poor looking a small camel of the bunch the bedouin people were trying to put big people on, camel couldnt get up, 2 bedouin people started kicking camel at rear and bottom of neck area/ top of body camel tried to get up and couldnt its legs gave way and it fell back down they still continued to kick the camel, the camel had a piece of string hooked through its nose which snapped they pulled it so hard, they pulled the mouth strap so hard it looked like the camels jaw was about to come out. The guide we took with us stood and watched until he saw how distressed we were by what we had seen, we refused to ride any camels and got back on the bus , eventually all riders where on other camels and they left the poorly one alone. absolutelty disgusting !! we drove past other groups of camels and thye looked much happier much better cared for. again Sayed our olympic rep laughed in our face. !! until i said to him quite sternly that he was laughing at us and wasnt taking us seriously and that it was a waste of time speaking to him and we would do our complaining when we got home. He suddenly took the stupid smirk off his face couldnt wait to leave us saying he needed to go home or for his tea !!
No welcome drinked offered at all like stated. no fruit bowl in room. because we had an 8 hr flight delay we missed the first night of all inclusive so had to buy drinks when we got there tierd and thirty at 4am
no 24 hour coffee shop as advertised, however bar is 24 hour at a price, and you can buy coffee
TOILETS IN RECEPTION - No locks on toilet doors in ladies dispite being reported 3 times over a week. all the toilets stunk terrible !! Are dirty !! do not get attended regular.
The smell outside by the pools is apprently the grass from being watered with the hotels dirty water from the showers and top etc ( apprently not the toilets - as you would think from the smell)
Old sharm market - very dirty absolute filth, really skinny cats about, people trying to keep gettin you into their shops Certainly an experience.
Il Mercato - Fantastic !! out from the hotel, turn right top of road turn right again and follow along. can be walked to.
Namma Bay - looks plesant enough, our friends said they didnt like the constant being pulled into shops which was supposed to be really bad there worse than the old market, we didnt visit.
Reef beach - sea rough in morning calmer in afternoon great for snorkelling if you are going in the sea protect your feet, a few people got cut by the coral. food served on this beach fantastic within walking distance from hotel. out from hotel turn right then at end of road go straight over and follow to the beach. thsi beach is one you need to pay for. cheaper top pay at hotel and get ticket.
Sandy beach - calm waters. fresh to go to aswell
Ras Mohammad trip - fantastic appart from the waiting around i n the heat at the snorkle hire centre whilst waiting for all the mini-buses to arrive and everybody to get kitted out.
Cairo trip by air - becareful of price. the £155 the rep tells you it is after you have booked it you find there are alot of added extras like entrance fees to different places which werent cheap.
Haggie the man in the shop at the hotel, - make sure you barter him hes a really nice person lovely to talk to.
Newpapers off the paper boy LE 35 about (£3.50) for previous days paper. paper supplements are sold seperately. cheecky but funny, they are poor people after all.
Its a real shame this hotel let itsself down with the food. the smell outside is not just a problem to this hotel and it was bearable most of the time, the room we had was an issue because we were cheated really, but the room we had was usable and of an ok standard.

The Falcon Hills hotel deserves nothing more than 1/10 and in my opinion is no way near a 3 star hotel. the hotel is extremely bad for many reasons - all of which i will address here...
first of let me tell you that i had already booked my holiday prior to coming on this web site and was worried by what confronted me. My family an I, having little choice in the matter, dismissed those who complained as probably being over sensitive or possibly having little knowledge about food etc - after all i have been to some fantastic hotels with amazing food and heard other guests complain that the food was disgusting and that they couldn't wait to eat real food again, KFC! Upon our arrival and as time passed my dissatisfaction grew by the moment. In this review i will highlight both the few good points that Falcon Hills has to offer as well as the bad..let me start with the food...
1) FOOD
The food in the hotel was practically on the verge on inedible most nights. The meals consisted of usually a beef, chicken and fish dish all cooked with peppers, onions and tomato as the main ingredients, as well as a few other random concoctions of foods. The standard of this food was so far below what i expected that although having been on an all inclusive board i ate out most of the time. I was pleased to hear my complaints about the food standard echoed around the hotels other guests. What made matters worse was that the food was also very repetitive with the same foods being served day after day after day.
Also should you wish to perhaps take something from the restaurant to your room to eat there you would be prevented from doing so by the staff.
My entire family and I suffered with Upset Stomach's for the first week whilst we attempted to eat at the hotel, following our decision to no longer eat there i wasn't too surprised to find that our stomachs rapidly recovered.
2) ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICE
The service provided by this hotel is far from what can be described as all inclusive. Between the hours of 11pm and 11am drinks were not available, which meant that you were not even able to have a soft drink or even water with your breakfast.
When the drinks were however available it felt as though you had to beg the bar staff for a drink and they treated guests as though they were doing us a favour and providing us free drinks - the drinks had all been paid for prior to our arrival at the hotel, that is a premise behind the concept of an all inclusive holiday.
drinks were served in small glasses and limited to a maximum of two per person at a time.
3) STAFF
The Majority of the staff in the hotel were extremely rude and arrogant. I have read throughout the reviews here that staff would only be polite if tipped but i found that regardless of heavy tipping members of staff remained the same.
The staff should also be watched as it would appear that short changing is common practice at the Falcon Hills hotel, especially with the reception staff (a subject which i will address in point 4)
4) MONEY EXCHANGE
The exchange rate offered in the hotel is far below the banks average and that of the exchange places in other hotels. At the time we were there the exchange rate was 9.68 Egyptian pounds to one sterling, falcon hills was offering only 9.0.
Once we changed money at the hotel the receptionist short changed my father by one hundred Egyptian pounds. my dad counted the money and informed the receptionist that the money was incorrect and the man began to count it again - this charade lasted for a further few minutes until upon counting the money again my dad spotted the man take a hundred note from below the counter and slip it in the middle of the existing money.
This same receptionist on another occasion attempted to charge myself 55 Egyptian pounds for an Internet card worth only 45, once i brought this to his attention he apologized and acted as though he didn't know that the card was only worth that much (45 was printed on the front).
5) ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment in the hotel was of an acceptable standard and was one of the few things that did not disappoint me during my stay at this hotel.
6) FINAL POINTS
The Hotel does not offer an all inclusive service on any of its 3 beaches and you must pay an entrance fee for two of the beaches. Only one of the beaches is suitable for snorkeling.
Before booking my holiday with first choice i was informed that all three beaches owned by the hotel offered the all inclusive service, as stated above, upon arrival i found this not to be the case.
Buses too and from the beaches are extremely infrequent and irregular.

having just got back from a 2 week break i am now glad to be back home. The past 2 weeks have been the most horrific 2 weeks of the year.
Having booked what i thought to be a 3 star hotel i was shocked on arrival to find what can only be described as a hole.... On arrival there was no complimentary dring no fruit in the room as asvertised. The staff where unhelpfull and rude. Having thought that paying for all inclusive meant that my families needs would be catered for i was disapointed that my children where not provided for in the slightest. they had no ice creams no fruit juices and more importantly they had nothing to do for the duration of the holiday. I was assured by my travel agent that there was a kids club... there wasnt.
Overall the accomodation was bleak,,,, it was not kept to a decent standard and above all the smell from the sewerage system turned our stomachs on most days.
The food (if you can call it that) was very limited and undercooked. The only semi decent food available was for paying guests not all inclusive. The drinks service was the last straw having ordered a bottle of beer i was given a small glass this was after i had to wait for the paying customers to be served first. Wine came in what can be described as a thimble whereas the "paying guests" where given proper wine glasses.
The staff overall i found to be rude and only wanted to help the paying guests.
Please do not listen to the...

Please do not listen to the negative reports of this hotel. I read them all before my holiday and spent most of the journey worrying about the horrors that would be waiting for me when I arrived! I needn't have bothered!
From the second I set foot in the hotel the staff were friendly and welcoming. They work so hard and never expect anything in return. We gave the pool boy and one of the bar staff a small tip at the beginning of the week and we were treated like royalty all week. We had drinks brought to us by the pool without even asking and our towels were set out for us by the time we had got back from breakfast.
The food was average, what I would expect from a three star, we didnt hear of anyone getting food poisoning and in fact some of the dishes were really tasty indeed!
The hotel was very clean, the staff didn't stop from seven in the morning until midnight, they were always cleaning!! Rooms are cleaned everyday with clean towels provided and even interesting sculptures left on your bed if you are lucky!
I would definately go back to this hotel again. We had a great holiday and our tour rep Sayed was always at the hotel when he said he would be and was constantly checking that we were happy. The Olympic tours were great and priced really well compared to other tour operators.
I you are booked into this hotel you will have a great holiday, the staff make you feel like family and the karioke night is great fun as long as someone gets up and gives eveyone a bit of encouragement. We had a fab time and would definately go back again!

After reading the comments made I was rather worried about staying at this hotel, however when we arrive in the early hours of the morning staff were friendly and very helpful.
Rooms were basic but very, very clean, towels and bed linen were changed daily and cleaning staff were always on the go. Staff worked long hours and were always smiling and happy, special mentions to Mohamed at reception who would always make us laugh!
Trip to Cairo was a long day even by plane but 101% worth it to see one of the 7 wonders of the world, would not recommend going by coach as we spent 24hrs going by plane! The boat trip snorkelling was fantastic and the divers were great. Lazing aroung the pool taking in the rays was just as amazing!
Enjoyed it sooooo much that I have already booked to return next year for longer and I cant wait!
Please DO NOT listen to the bad reviews as I think some people expect to get 5 star treatment where ever they go!
This was with out a doubt the best holiday I have experienced so far, hence my rush to return!
